I had never eaten here before and thought I would try it. I got a full Grinder sandwich and it wasn’t good at all. The menu just said “assorted meats” and it was just ham. And barely any of it. Mostly soggy bread and vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Very good place for a very good sub. If you are planning to go to the lake this is a great place to get something to eat and go have a picnic as it's close to South Holston Dam and a couple of fun parks. The sub have great taste.

The first sandwich I had from this restaurant - about a year ago - was great! Since then, my sister & I have ordered from there 3 times & it's never been the same or nearly as good. The staff is not particularly friendly. I probably won't be back.

My husband and I used to go in on Tuesdays because it was two for one on that day. Although this wasn't a Tuesday, I thought the food would still be the same. I didn't know they had changed hands and the new owners who are now making the subs are for lack of a better word, stingy. There wasn't enough meat on the sub to even go from one end to the other and cover it. It was absolutely AWFUL. We always get the grinder and if you've eaten there you know that the grinder is a huge sub and was always great. I can't tell you a time that I, myself, have ever finished one. I've always had half left over for later. Not now, not this time. When we opened the subs up I was in utter shock at the lack of meat on their most expensive sub. When I took a bite out of it, it tasted nothing like the original grinder. I could have made a bologna sandwich at home and it would have been better. I was very disappointed and I'll not patronize their business again. Now for the store that's attached. I went in the other day to get my Mello cups. I usually buy 4 large ones, two for me and two for my husband. Those are our treats to ourselves. When I went to the counter to pay, she rang them up and said $14 and some change. I looked at her and said, I only got 4, not 6. She looked all confused and said, this is the price, you don't want it? I said h3ll no I don't and walked out. I went right down the road to the cigarette store by the RR tracks, purchased 4 and it was $8 and some change. All of these stores are being bought up by Indian people and that I don't care about. What I do care about is the price gouging that they are doing and think we're dumb and going to pay that. So, buyers beware. I'll not be back to that store nor will anyone I know, that I've already told about this.

It was ok. Didn't know what I was getting into before walking in. But the sun was ok. I may go back, if I'm ever on that side of town again.

The Indians who owned the business which has recently been exchanged or which recently has exchanged hands are horrible with customer service. They wanted to charge seventy-five cents for ice in the restaurant, ridiculous. Nothing like what it used to be please do not waste your

Have I had better subs? Sure. But for this area I find they beat everywhere else that I've tried so far. They actually put product on their subs opposed to mostly sauce and bread. I tried the meatball and BLT subs and both were fairly good. The service was friendly and my food came very quickly. Until someone else steps up, this will be the only place I get my subs for lunch unless I'm looking for a helping of disappointment, which everyone else seems to serve.

It didn't seen impressive at first but what they say about never tell a book by its cover is spot on for this place. They are 5 star in the details. To start with all the condiments are sorted and turned the same direction not to mention spotless. The people are not in your face pushy with niceties but not mean either. The bathrooms again spotless. The food was the highlight. It was the best steak and cheese sub I have ever eat, hands down. To sum it up if you like a place with great food but don't want to be b bothered by a waitress making a tip, here is your spot.

I use to work there about 8 years ago. When don and Karen owned great people who would go above n beyond for anyone. Every customer counted to them they would go out if there way to make u happy. The customer was always right. The food was always great as well as service. They took pride in there work. Since they sold it its awful u couldn't pay me to eat there its a shame. It's not the same. The foreigners who own just throw it together there's no love or pride in it. Miss u Don and karen
