“Love this place. About 10 years ago I ate here and have been thinking and dreaming of returning for their BBQ and corn on the cob. But you have to get here before 2pm for the corn. Sweet tea is excellent. The Pineapple cake is calling my name but I am full from the meal. Saving it for tomorrow.“

“The property was not ready when we arrived to start preparations. Weeds were growing in flower pots and beds. The tent area hadn't been cleaned up. The house did not cool and was beyond being a terrible place to have the food and wedding cake. Window units in upstairs bride rooms didn't work and it was a miserable place for the ladies to dress for the wedding which was in late September. Cannot imagine if it had been in a hotter part of the year. The owner was rude and difficult to work with. If you want a happy day, this is not your option.“
