I have never been to a fast food restaurant, were the workers are so rude and disrespectful. Until I went to Jacks. They need to hire better workers or shut it down

I wish I could give it zero. Had to repeat myself at order 20 times. Got pulled up to a parking spot waited an hour. Went into store they forgot to make order. Made order everything is wrong. Ordered again. Wrong again. No money back. Nothing.

If u eat here ur better off going thru the drive thru. Otherwise u will wait 15 minutes to get waited on and another 20 to 30 minutes to get your food. They're only worried about getting the drive thru people, and talking. I dont see why they even have the front open at all.

It was terrible food took forever waited 20 mins it’s for a cookie and peanut butter shake only for it to be half full because they ran out of ice cream. Lazy staff poor management

The lady at the front counter was extremely nice. The bathroom was disgusting with no toilet paper, no paper towels, and they took the soap out of the dispenser and left it on the counter for you to “self pour” Now when it comes to the food it was pretty bad. The biscuits were stale, the food was cold after waiting almost 30 minutes for it. The wrapper for my burger was burned by some type of fire and had huge holes in it which put ashes in my burger. They also forgot one order of hash browns. The lady at the front counter was doing what she could to rush our order but they had one guy working the food station. This was an experience I’d love to forget but I’m sure I never will. Jacks is a new restaurant for me but I won’t ever be back.
