Customer service was horrible, He forgot my queso and this happened before with the same guy, but I called and he was so rude letting me know that he’ll check the cameras. Basically he said I was lying about not getting the queso so I just politely went back and asked for a refund. You will not handle my food with an attitude and you will not be disgusting towards me. No matter what kind of day you’re having please learn customer service skills!!!

They have a great hot sauce. The rest was not talking about. Got a sampler like meal Taco, Tamale, Pepper and Enchilada. Not a place I would return to.

They serve really good authentic Mexican food. Very similar to what I've had in southern Mexico. Portions are very generous and the staff are always very courteous. It's our go to Mexican restaurant in Brownsville!

From the moment we walked into Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter was not only pleasant but also took the time to share some of their most popular dishes, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Our Steak & Shrimp plate was tender and great spices!

Never have I seen a restaurant that reminds me of a side-of-the-road truck stop but still serves some decent, authentic Mexican enchiladas. The service was appropriate for the price and the whole place lacks luster and frills. Plus I literally stood in line at the register for about 6 minutes while the bus boy/waiter sat and ate lunch. Not that I was in a hurry but that's just disrespectful to a job in general.
