They serve really good authentic Mexican food. Very similar to what I've had in southern Mexico. Portions are very generous and the staff are always very courteous. It's our go to Mexican restaurant in Brownsville!

From the moment we walked into Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter was not only pleasant but also took the time to share some of their most popular dishes, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Our Steak & Shrimp plate was tender and great spices!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. It was peaceful and the server was very polite and nice. However, I really didn't enjoyed the food due to refried beans were luke warm and a lil watery looking and tasty. The rest of my food was nice and hot and taste good but I have had better but overall is was a good hot meal and wonderful environment. It was very nice and clean as well. I will give it another chance another day and order something different to see how it turns...
