Went to the location in Brownsville tennessee and ordered 1 triple smasher, 1 double smasher, cheese sticks, 1 pnutbutter shake and 1 reeses cup shake, wanted no whip cream on either of them, they brought them out with a cheery and whipcream, we told her we didn't want whip cream, so she brought it back in and brought them back she said the manager mixed the whip cream in them, and we returned them and wanted fresh ones because don't want no whip cream, s9nshe brought then back in and was in there fast, she brought them back out with flat lids so we drank them and found no pnutbutter chunks at the bottom like they always have, and the reeses didn't have no chunks of reeses cups in bottom, so they poured them into a new cup is what they did she told us she made new ones, these people are normally good but this is shady as hell for sure, I would not recommend this location at all, oh and the triple smasher patties were all half out and most of the cheese was left in the box.

Didn’t meet the standards that I’m accustomed to. Over cooked meats and small portions.
Arrive after hard day at work to get something to eat. So I pull into a stall and use the app to order. I put the stall and it shoes me the process then finally it's completed saying some on the way. Yay ready to go home. Nope, 20 minutes goes by so I guess the gps said take a right turn when they should of went left. So I pressed the red button and asked where my food was. Well no one knew but asked my name and what did I have so annoyedly I replied food so she came out and ask to see my phone took about 10 more minutes for this. When she got there she said I'll need to take the phone inside. Well sure, "not". Cannot believe I was even asked for them to take my phone into sonic to figure my order out. So then she ran toward from to get someone the ran back by. Well few minutes later my order showed up. Weird it was on the way but took more than 30 mins to get to me. Huh wonder if the press the button aay there on there way when really its not. Well I waited got to listen to some loud music with alot of cuss words that was singing along loudly neighbor staller really did not need to listen to that. Bad thing is not the first time this has happend, owners used to do secret shopping at there own places why would they not attempt to see what's wrong or let in turn into where it's headed. Well of course it's not burgerking and can't have it our way. Oh food cold ice melted on drink wow surprised about the drink being warmer than the food. Please let's keep the inflation going up so we can have fine dining at sonic.

On Tuesday April 30, I stopped by this Sonic and ordered a large Diet Coke. The drive thru window was out of order so Quay, my server took my card inside to run it. She came back out and said there was a problem with the machine. I didn’t have a penny in my wallet!! She said “it’s OK I’ll pay for it!” I was embarrassed to death!! I asked for her name and this past Friday, I went back by and asked for her to come to my window. I gave her $5 and told her how sweet she was to pay for my drink!! I wanted her to know she was appreciated!! Thank you Sonic and Quay for coming to my rescue!! So many criticize servers, but not me!! I appreciate you!❤️
