Back when I could get a bag of food for 5 bucks I didn't really say anything but now when fast food costs as much as sitting down somewhere I will no longer put up with this. Sloppy, cold and wack. The food looks nothing like the advertisement. I wish this was the 1800s so I could smack you in the face with a white glove and challenge you to a duel. Hawk ptooh

They didn't take cash and lazy people working there. I was told by the manager that they couldn't accept cash, and i had to go across the street to a gas station and get correct change so i could purchase my food.

Everyone was extremely rude. 1st Cashier yelled the price at me 3 times because I didn't hear her the 1st time. Rolled her eyes when I apologized for not hearing her. Then I didn't get the chalupa that comes with the deluxe box. I incorrectly said they didn't give me the gordita crunch I ordered extra. They all got a kick out of the gordita being in the box. They continued to talk about me while i was standing there. I said my mistake I meant there's no chalupa in the box. Then the cook had to ask if one comes with that box. At this point I didn't even want it because who knows what they might do with it. There was 1 sweet lady that took over the register after the rude one. She apologized for the rest of them. I never got the chalupa...I just left. Do better people. No one forced you to work there. Be nice to people.

We were rudely dismissed when we were still ordering. We asked for no beans on our order, whilst still at the order terminal and still not being done with our order— then proceeds to get snapped at being told the chef already made it. She continued to have an attitude when giving us our food— refusing to have any acknowledgment of fixing it, knowing it was made wrong. We will happily not return to this location again.

Customer Service is exceptional especially when Marucia is there. She is always so friendly and on point with your order. One of the best Taco Bells I've been to.
