Ever since Wendy’s came to Brownsville, I have made a habit of stopping to get breakfast. Honestly, I have absolutely zero complaints about this Wendy’s. Ms. Teresa is always smiling when she greets me at the drive-through! If there is a wait for my food, I move over to the mobile order parking, and my food is brought out promptly and fresh. The service I receive is friendly and professional

I came in and saw the black manager yelling at the white lady saying all kinds of mean things to her. Girl if you see this come work at my Wendy’s in Covington. We’d love to have you! You were still smiling while she was belittling you in front of those customers and employees. She wouldn’t be a manager at my store! I also called corporate and reported that! It was racist (and I’m black) the way she spoke to the white lady but was laughing and talking to everyone else! My name is Yolanda I’ll hire you

The white lady in there is always smiling and greeting her customers. I come thru the drive thru every morning. She’s always nice and asks how I am. She is always smiling. One of the best workers for drive thru I’ve seen in a while. Always has my coffee hot and ready

Google clearly states they open at 6am. Doors were still locked at 6:25am with workers just staring at us from inside. Went to drive through and asked what time they open. Worker said “6am what you need?” I said we have multiple orders and need to come in.. She replied with something unintelligible. We drove around again and waited at the door only to be stared at again. Been months since I’ve eaten Wendy’s due to horrible service and food but wanted to try the $1 biscuits. Needless to say no $1 biscuits were purchased and will NEVER return.

Had my order picked up by door dash. Great driver..poor food. Ordered a Dave's Double small fries. Burger had half an onion piece no lettuce or tomatoes 😕..ordered a small fries not no fries! ..Not impressed

I wish I could give a negative star very rude. Had me standing outside, said they were going to open the door never did and was still rude. Instead of just saying, the inside is not open to customers

Extremely disappointing to purchase a $2.89 “sour cream & chives” baked potato, requesting extra butter & sour cream, only to drive home (20 miles away) get home and find ABSOLUTELY NO butter or sour cream. Absolutely ridiculous.
