I came from out of town visiting family and I don't regret coming here. The jambalaya was better than the gumbo in my opinion, it was just a bit salty. I got the plum chicken and it was phenomenal. The waitress seemed a little overworked, maybe they were short staffed, but the decorations were nice to look around at and everything tasted great. Portions were good for the price too.

Others have said it and I'll echo that this place served me the best plate of shrimp n' grits outside of NOLA. We came in with 7 adults and 4 children. Service was great and the food was outstanding. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Get the shrimp n' grits. You won't regret it.
The Cajun steak wasn't as Cajun-ey as I expected, but it was very tender. Overall, good food and service. Will definitely be back.
