I was very excited to take my friends. Day was beautiful, music and food was great. I was very disappointed to see that, even though we paid cash, there was a service fee added to the bill, and we were all charged $2.75 (each)for a cup of water, even thought we bought adult beverages!!! Also a $3 upcharge for fries instead of chips. There are a lot of good places to visit so that was probably enough that we will go elsewhere next time

Rode bikes with a few friends to eat here. A group of 8. a lot of ppl staring. Because we weren't dressed expensive. Hand to go up to the bar and ask for a waitress, then another patron told the bartender not to serve us. Service was slow, other patrons were rude. Food was ok. Won't be going back.

Food was mediocre. After sitting in the heat for hours and seeing the place clear out, we were told about 5 pm if we stayed we would be charged $15 each to hear the band. Most Memphis places don’t change this much. We decided to leave. The owner said they would only be open 3 more weeks. I’m sorry, but this is stupid considering the weather will finally be getting tolerable when this place closes up the middle of September.

Not many people, Waitress was really snail slow. $10. To get in. Food and drink prices are really high for frozen Wal.mart hamburger and 8oz drink cups. RUDE man (owner or employee) acquising people of moving sign on a table next to them (they didn't) Some "improvements " were not thought out well.

It would have been a good experience except we waited over an hour for our food. We were a party of 6. Bigger parties came in got their food & was gone. Traveled a long way down the river to come here & this was a let down. Cold food, asked for a manager & waitresses were chatting it up.

The weather channel predicted 100% chance of rain/thunderstorms the whole week leading up to as well as the day of the concert. On the website the owner had posted that the show was still on because the venue has plenty of covered seating. An hour into the concert, it was shut down due to rain. The band still had an hour and a half to play. There were no safety concerns for anyone involved as it was just rain and there was plenty of covered seating. Why was the concert not postponed and rescheduled prior since it was known that it was going to rain? This was my second time to this venue and we already had a bad experience the first time. The seating arrangement was not the same as when tickets were bought. There was not as many tables set up. Many people were sitting in the wrong spot. It just seemed like no one knew what was going on and the owner told people that there was nothing that could be done. We gave it another try tonight as was disappointed again. We will not be back. It's such a shame because it's close to our house and has the potential to be a good venue.
