Never stayed in the hotel but the food in the restaurant is awful. steak was awful, the potato tasted like it had been reheated 4 times and it was hard and still cold, green beans were good, my wife's fish was ok but her broccoli was cold and undercooked. Steaks undercooked and not seasoned, honestly tasted like an ashtray so did my daughters burger. The desserts are good especially the cheesecake and their mixed drinks are good. Service was not great, they seemed a bit short staffed though. Manager came to speak with us, talked to me as if I were in counseling and needed to be consoled or something. Spent over $200 for not to much that was edible and that was for 5 people and a baby.
The restaurant at the Paris Landing Lodge is way above what we were used to. The decor, the scenery, the atmosphere in the dining area, the quality of the service, the food!...if you don't like everything about this place, then you might have a problem.
Usualy get the turkey club with bacon. Usualy really good. But on monday 10th 2025, sandwiches were hard and seemed old and not fresh. Must have had a new cook that night. Got 3 meals to go. Still would go back, just have to check before leaving with food.

We went today for Thanksgiving, it was our first visit here, and it was great. We were seated right away, the food was delicious, and more than we could eat. We were happy to find out they had some kid friendly food options as well. We will definitely be back, next time we will stay at the Lodge.
I understand it's a resort restaurant, but come on. The prices wouldn't bother me if the food was good. Sadly, we have out of state family that love the atmosphere, which is very nice. Get new kitchen staff and give better quality food. If YOU wouldn't eat it, don't send it out. Shm.đ€

Fantastic meal and drinks! Amanda, our bartender and server, was exceptional. Her description of the foods and recommendations were spot on. We had the pan seared chicken and for dessert the fried egg roll stuffed with cheesecake and banana pudding were delicious. The lodge, restaurant and grounds are beautiful!! What a great place for a winter vacation. We visited from our boat that was anchored within view.

I brought my best friend here this evening on 9/7/24 for her birthday dinner. The food was excellent and our waitress, Mollie was absoultely amazing. She was very observant, friendly, and tentative. We did not have to ask for anything. She is definately an asset to this establishment. The atmosphere was excellent. The scenery was spectacular. Every employee we approached from the entrance to the restaurant were extremely friendly, and eager to assist with a welcoming smile. Thank you for a wonderful memory for my dear friend and myself as well.

The best thing about this restaurant is the location. The inside of the restaurant is sterile and gives cafeteria vibes. The staff is mostly completely aloof and gives off the impression that they donât want to be there. I get that they probably would like to be anywhere else, but in that line of work (especially when youâre working for tips), it probably shouldnât be so obvious.
The food is mediocre, at best. Iâve eaten there twice. The first time, the food was just okay. This last time, the âspecialâ was supposed to be three pieces of fried chicken with truffle Mac n cheese. I received one piece of a small, overly cooked piece of roasted chicken with the side. The chicken was so dry that it was tough to chew, and I almost couldnât swallow it. If it werenât for the outdoor patio and view, there would be no reason to eat at this restaurant.

Went with a large group, and they were super accommodating! Had to combine tables and were happy to do it. Server was personable and fun
NOTE FOR GROUPS: we went for lunch on at Saturday, and they requested the entire group be there before we got sat. It's not a big deal at all, just be sure to have your group there when you walk in!

Food was good, but the dining room was like an oversized Holiday Inn breakfast area.
Too open and loud to have a cozy dinner or conversation.
It is not at all what you imagine a state park lodge should be like.
