Call in orders take to long you call they say 15 - 20 minutes get there you wait another 20 minutes even when you ask please box the order and have ready for pick up.

Hi, Jonquavious here. I’d like to share my questionable experience at the Catfish Kitchen. First of all, I was seated at a table where my seat was wet with an unknown substance. My waitress, Cheyanne, was giving me side-eyes and spoke with a rude tone.
I tried to look past these things and ordered their whole fish with sides. The food took a long time to arrive, but when it finally did, my waitress Cheyanne placed the fish on the table, noticed an eyeball on my plate, grabbed it with her bare hands, ate it in front of me, and walked away.
Safe to say, I’m never coming here again—I don’t want to risk Cheyanne sticking her grubby hands in my food ever again!

The main problem I have with the catfish kitchen is there fish fillets are always almost paper thin. By the time they overcook them in the deep fryer there’s no fish left. It’s just hard crunchy breading and it’s very thin now I don’t buy catfish, but perhaps they’re buying the smallest thinnest cheapest catfish they can get. The white beans need more ham flavor, but the main problem is the fish fillets are cardboard, thin after they over fry them.

I love the food ans service is great but the Atmosphere is family style. They have a lot of long shared tables. To close for me. Get take out all the time!!

The food gets a 2 bcs the hushpuppies and spicy fillers were good. Oysters were not done. Crab cake was cold in the center. The fries were very greasy and stuck together. Do better be better!!
