We go here frequently, as it’s the closest place to our house. The food is usually pretty good, and there is minimal problems with our to-go orders, other than the occasional wrong item. Tonight, we ordered a large cheese dip and when we got home, noticed it was smaller than usual. We took it back to get the large size and the person at the desk basically said that it was the correct size, and there was never any bigger size offered. Well we go here frequently so we still had a leftover cheese dip from before in the fridge, and it WAS a bigger size than what we had received. Not that they will really care about losing just one family, but being ripped off and gaslit tonight definitely will make us travel further for another restaurant in the future.

We are from California visiting family in Burns. My sister and brother in law took us to Los Rancheros twice during our stay and we couldn't have been more impressed with the food, beverages (the mango margaritas -yummy) and the wonderful service. I can't say enough about how terrific the food is! We are looking forward to our next visit to eat at this originally wonderful gem of a restaurant! Lo mejor de Tennessee!
