me and the littles pulled up for dinner and there were literally no other customers and now I can see why!!!Being the only customers in the entire restaurant service was just mehOrdered ff and chicken nuggets for my LOs and a burger and loaded fry’s for myself. Food came out pretty quickly and my LOs food was fine. My burger was mediocre. Tasted like gas station burger but the ff were awful. The cheese was just heaped on not even close to melted and the bacon wasn’t even cooked. I did tell my waitress I wouldn’t eat the fry’s and why. Nothing was done to try to rectify the situation. Then as we were eating the staff was talking to some people who came to hangout with them. That’s fine. What’s not fine is they started talking about drugs 3 feet away from the customers/4 yo!So on my way out while paying I told the waitress I’d really rather not prefer to pay for those fry’s and she said well the owner told me to charge you. I said can you go get him please? And when he came out and asked me what was wrong with them I told him. He said ‘you could have asked her to throw them in the microwave’. I said ‘it shouldn’t be on me as the customer to rectify/come up with a solution to the problem.’ Then he tried to argue with me and tell me he doesn’t come into my home and not eat the fry’s I make, I just stared at him. He looked at the server told her not to worry about my bill and told me not to come back. Don’t worry my guy. We won’t!

Everything was exceptional!!As a Truck Driver it's difficult to find a place to park at roadside restaurants, Bobcat Den was not only accommodating with plenty of parking but the food and service was EXCELLENT!!!Worth the stop if passing thru!!!

This place is PHENOMENAL some of the best food I have ever put in my mouth, the people are the nicest, the service is the best. My family and I know we are always going to have a superb meal if we eat here. You would be foolish to pass this place if you are hungry!!!!
