Very good location. Ordered a strawberry shake--- was really good!
Wife had a chocolate shake with peanut butter added. Tasted exactly like a Reese's cup.

Order breakfast sandwich combo with bacon. It came with a biscuit & bacon. That's it. Dry as the dust & the slushy was pretty much ice with a whole Lotta red #5. Nope. Keep on driving find another solution

This location is a huge disappointment. We used to come here every year and have never had any issues before. Until this year, we tried to go a couple days ago and waited at the counter for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged us or took our order so we ended up leaving. We came back today and were just as disappointed. We came in and were the only ones in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru. We waited 5 minutes before they looked at us, however they didn’t say hi or even smile. They turned around and took a bite of whatever treat they made themselves, they then decided to take our order. The young gentleman who took our order was very rude and greeted us with “what can I get you” in a very grumbly tone. There were no manners, no acknowledgment of our thank you’s, only a couple mumbled words and an eye roll. Then while waiting for our ice-cream, there was an employee who walked out of the bathroom with a head set on and not in uniform. This is HIGHLY unsanitary and completely unacceptable. We waited another 15 minutes for our ice cream and again no response to our thank you’s, just a blank stare. This is highly disappointing as a smile and you’re welcome go a long way in customer service. I don’t recommend this place as the workers are unfriendly, unsanitary, and time management isn’t a thing they can comprehend.

Employees are not so nice and take forever making food when there is no one in the restaurant and are just very un friendly
Me and my sister used to go to this Dairy Queen every weekend when my family had a house down here and it was great so I was genuinely excited to go when we came back down here with friends and they completely ruined our past experience. They messed up all of our ice cream orders and when my buddy ordered a simple chocolate ice cream and paid for a chocolate ice cream they tried not to give him his ice cream and then gave him vanilla and said they were out of chocolate ice cream. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Barely add anything in these cupfections here but if you drive to Cookeville or anywhere else they add more then this sloppy bs ridiculous to buy 2 of these for $15 when it’s just mostly ice cream even asked for extra caramel and chocolate but didn’t get nothing but more ice cream save your money and go elsewhere this Dairy Queen is a joke
The service was great.
The burger received was obviously old meat. The patty was extremely hard and inedible. I contacted customer experience and sent photos, they said my comment would be forwarded to the restaurant. This was December 2024. Ocerall, totally unacceptable service. Very poor quality food.

Why do they have to be so rude ? The Girl at the window needs to be FIRED !!!!!
If you hate your job so much go do something else !
And by the way, if your going to charge me $9 for two ice cream cones at least make them the correct size and not so small.
