Second time in a row that I’ve been in and they did not have the bread I wanted available. Last time all they had was white bread. This time they said they’d burned the Italian herb and cheese. It was not busy.I don’t understand.

Cleanest Subway I’ve been to. So festively decorated for Christmas. Coloring books and crayons out for the kids. All the welcoming touches you wouldn’t expect from a Subway.

Ordered online. Very polite young man brought out my bag. I didn't check the bag. Got home and bottled drinks missing and a bag of chips. I called restaurant. They apologized but said most orders to go come in and grab their drinks and chips. I was a curbside pickup. So I did not go inside. My sandwich was soaked with condiments. I transferred it to sandwich bread. Had asked for it to be cut in thirds. They must not have read that part of my order. Grilled chicken salad. Chicken on the bottom of the bowl. I thought they forgot it. Picture shows on top of salad. Guess they do it different here. I blame inadequate training.

This is the cleanest & the best subway I have ever been to. I wish I could remember the young man that made my sub & checked me out. He just started working there & he is from Layfayete....he was so clean & professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the cutest location I have ever seen! I am in Byrdstown every week....I will definitely make this my lunch/ dinner spot ?Parking: Nice clean big parking lot..

When subway came to town, we were all kind of excited for it but I’ve only have one or two good experiences there I had decided that I wouldn’t eat there again a couple years ago just because it was not good unfortunately on August 18, 2023 I decided to give subway a chance again. I ordered from the app and after placing my order, I got a phone call from the store staff the girl that called me said that they did not have pepperoni for my sandwich and would I like to substitute it for extra salami, and I said won’t know I would’ve liked to head out with pepperoni, but I understand that you don’t have it, so I will just take it without the pepperoni no extra salami needed. I ordered an Italian meatball sub with extra cheese and extra meatballs. I ordered it on Italian cheese and herb bread. The next sandwich I ordered was an Italian BMT, which is the sandwich that they did not have the pepperoni for. I also ordered it on Italian cheese and herb bread and the last sandwich I ordered was a chicken bacon ranch also asked for Italian cheese and herb bread. I ordered my sandwich with cucumbers, pickles, bell peppers, olives, onions, well guess what they didn’t have pickles they didn’t have cucumbers, so those were not included on my sandwich. I also ordered three cookies which I paid for but they didn’t have so they did not get put into my sack now you might think. Oh, he’s being picky but no, I’m not have the ingredients they used. We’re not even officially subway products the bread that my sandwich was made on was bought across the street at the grocery store. It was just a regular hoagie bun, if I wanted a regular hoagie with lunchmeat, I would have went to the store myself and bought a loaf of hoagie buns, lunch meat and cheese and made my own sandwiches. One of the main reasons I like to eat Subway is because I enjoy the bread in the bread choices, I don’t want store-bought bread when I buy subway half the time when I go to the subway they don’t have official subway items or they’re out or they have an excuse of why they can’t make what I want. It’s kind of a joke and I don’t even understand how this stays in business it doesn’t follow. The franchise rules are used to manage SUBWAY® and we were not allowed to use products that were not franchise products that way the quality was the same because trust me the bread from across the street from the IGA is not subway bread not even close. I spent a total of $34.50 not including the tip. I left in the tip jar and didn’t get what I want. I feel like I got ripped off because had they told me we don’t have our subway bread I would not have bought the sandwiches I think they do this on purpose, they’re not telling people that hey we don’t have the right product. We’re just gonna substitute it without saying anything and hope it slips by. I don’t understand how corporate office is allowing this place to stay in business. If they can’t get the product then they should say we’re going to substitute it or we don’t have the product but they shouldn’t sell it and try to pass it off as subway. I’m posting a picture of my meatball sub on the not Italian subway bread - as you can see it’s a hoagie rolls from across the street at the grocery store. This is not fair.Vegetarian options: Half the time they don’t have all of the veggies that subway is supposed to have so if you walk into Subway thinking you’re gonna make yourself a nice vegetarian sandwich or nice vegetarian salad you’re probably not gonna get all the toppings that you would like to have. The store is very bad at inventory and they will substitute things without warning. If you have allergies, you better be careful.

Will never be back here!!! There was a red headed lady that waited on my daughter and I. She was really rude, stingy with the dressings for the subs, and uneducated or unaware.. Idk she was just seemed annoyed that we were there and she had to do something. My daughters sub was very dry, not to mention a ham and turkey sandwich alone was $7 and my chicken bacon ranch was $9. I have worked in restaurants before and I know how it is but they weren't the least but busy and just really had crappy customer service! The restaurant looked clean but had a weird smell.

Why do you leave one person working on a holiday weekend???This girl was all alone. Vegetable bins were empty. No one else to grab items or fill up the empty bins. She also had to tend to the baking bread and ran out of provolone.None of this was her fault!!I'm sure she felt very overwhelmed.Shame on you!!

Went there to get a sandwich for lunch today. About an hour after eating it, my bowels immediately evacuated. As in I had to run to get on a toilet before I soiled myself. The lettuce was all brown and purple looking in their bins like it had been sitting there a couple days. All in all I would not recommend unless you want out of date food that will make you have reactions that will include diarrhea.
