Stopped through on a road trip, and this was so worth the 20-minute detour off our route. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and efficient. (We were there around 8:30pm, so after peak hours).
No wait to be seated, we were greeted at the door. The waitress served complimentary chips and salsa, which was excellent. The chips were fresh, not greasy or stale. Our meal arrived within 10 minutes, piping hot. We were served more than we could eat at one sitting, and it was fabulous. I highly recommend dining with El Vallarta.
