TERRIBLE SERVICE‼️ we had a simple order..Almost forgot my neices drink that went with her happy meal,mother-in-law ordered a unsweet tea ended up getting a sweet tea,I ordered a Big Mac and fried Big Mac was upside down in box without any pickles and lettuce(which always comes with) and fries was nearly cold

Took over 15 minutes to make a quarter pounder had to go back to window finally then they didn't give me my fries or drink had to ask and wait again on those. Horrible service worst ever

Had to wait on coffee.. why r the soft drinks $1.00 any size and coffee is $2.00 for a large ?4/17/2025 unfriendly and the fries in a kids meal was like 10 in there and ask for sweet and sour didn't get any .

A Tale of Two Experiences: Fast Service and Exceptional Honesty at McDonald's
Our experience at this McDonald's on Friday, March 28th, 2025, was initially fantastic. The service was incredibly fast; our meals arrived within minutes. The staff member who served us, was also exceptionally kind and friendly, making our visit truly enjoyable. My husband and I even commented that it was the best McDonald's experience we'd ever had.
However, the real test of character came later. After driving three hours home, I realized I had left my backpack behind, containing all my bank cards and other essential documents. Panicked, we called the McDonald's, and to our immense relief, they had found it! They confirmed they had secured it in a safe place and assured us we could pick it up anytime until 11 pm, or they would wait for us if we called ahead.
What truly impressed us was that they hadn't opened my backpack or tampered with its contents in any way. This level of honesty and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
While the fast service and friendly staff were a great start, it was their honesty and willingness to safeguard my belongings that truly made this McDonald's stand out. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service and, most importantly, for your trustworthiness. You are awesome! We highly recommend this McDonald's, not just for the speed and service, but for the peace of mind knowing you are dealing with honest and helpful people.

Had to edit my original review. This last visit ruined my McDonald's dining experience. Unattentive staff and undesirable customer service. A stripped-down skeleton bare bones McDonald's with no fountain station or a napkin dispenser.
This location parks every single car that comes through. That's not how you make your window times. That's what you call cheating to make your store look good.

Nobody answered the telephone at this location after numerous attempts. I have contacted corporate, and heard back from Teresa Lackey who stated she would remedy the situation. I have actually contacted her 5 times now. She has said that she mailed me coupons to replace the missing food in my order. Thus far, almost 4 months after my initial contact with McDonald's, I've yet to receive anything from her. Terrible customer service!
