Was asked to pull to drive thru spot one bc they had to cook fresh fries then sat there for 15 minutes as at least 12 cars were served before me. Ended up walking inside to get my order. It had been made the whole time, but no one thought to check the drive thru spots they literally asked me to pull into. So I waited 15 minutes for cold food oh and I didn’t get a straw either.

Chicken nuggets were super thin and dry like they'd been sitting around all day. Fries were tiny and I mean about 1/4 inch long. Asked for salt and was handed 1 packet. Do not recommend even walking inside..... it's not worth it.

Terrible employees, don’t know how to count properly or read orders on a screen to make your food properly, apparently doesn’t accept loose change. Have came here countless times and multiple times have been met with rudeness, and poor customer service and orders are constantly messed up. I understand everyone has their bad days but when you have a team of entire people this is just unacceptable.

Better not have a food allergy, they will completely ignore it then you'll have to go back up to the counter to re order your food while the back of the house workers all turn around to see who has a food allergy and roll their eyes.

TERRIBLE SERVICE‼️ we had a simple order..Almost forgot my neices drink that went with her happy meal,mother-in-law ordered a unsweet tea ended up getting a sweet tea,I ordered a Big Mac and fried Big Mac was upside down in box without any pickles and lettuce(which always comes with) and fries was nearly cold
Took over 15 minutes to make a quarter pounder had to go back to window finally then they didn't give me my fries or drink had to ask and wait again on those. Horrible service worst ever
