It's a good Taco Bell to eat at, however, they are severely understaffed. You will have to wait longer than usual, but that is due to being understaffed. The guys (and gals) that work there tend to be pretty nice and chill people. So, if you do end up going to this location, just know there may be a wait and have some patience.

I stopped in Taco Bell around 2:30pm. There was no customers at the counter.....there was 3 staff preparing food. The young male staff may have been preparing a large order, the two female staff were preparing orders. I understood they were busy so I waited, no one acknowledged my being there so I moved into an area where I could be seen, staff looked u but continued to ignore me, so after several more minutes I left I felt the least they could have done was acknowledged my being there and asked me to wait but when they did not I left. If this is going to be the kind of service I get there I will go elsewhere.

Army Enclave

At 9am we pulled in to order some breakfast the menu was not up yet and the guy working there alone asked if we had used the app we said no and responded can we see the menu to order it’s not working he spent the next 2 mins not responding to us several times then when said hello and good morning we walked inside he said we just opened you will have to use the drive through which would normally be reasonable …..except the drive through menu was not working or on one or the other so it couldn’t be used and either he was ignoring us or technical difficulty but I am going to think he was just ignoring us because the intercom worked fine when we 1st pulled up won’t be back for awhile maybe never I’ll go to a Taco Bell elsewhere

I ordered the taco party pack... 6 soft shell and 6 hard shell tacos... I got all 12 hard shells instead of 6 and 6. I called the store and the manager went out of her way to bring me my correct order to my home and let me keep the previous order. Thank u so much the manager is such a sweetheart trying to being the store back up to great standards. I recommend completely

I was very impressed by this taco bell. Our food was hot and fresh. They didn't skimp on the toppings like other locations do. The toppings were spread out evenly. So, instead of getting a bite of sour cream, you're able to taste a little bit of everything. The inside was clean.

I went to this taco bell last night. We sat in line 5-7 minutes before we even got to order, then close to 10 more waiting to get to the window. (With only 2 cars ahead of us) After all that waiting I'm finally there to pay and the guy running the register tells me that they are out of beef. Why could that not have been said when I ordered? Or I could have been told they were low on beef would I like to substitute. But no they made my food with chicken and steak and gave it to us. The food was a huge disappointment. I'm highly disappointed!

The culinary offerings were satisfactory, and the service was reasonably prompt. However, there is a clear need for improved staffing levels. While the employees were courteous and apologetic, the fact that only two individuals were responsible for operating the entire establishment is indicative of inadequate resource allocation. Additionally, it is concerning that the establishment consistently experiences stockouts of key products advertised on the drive-thru menu. According to other google reviews, it is imperative that the owner or general manager address these issues to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Had a few items they were out of but the new management is an excellent improvement.
Emoyees were short handed but didn't let their service effect the customer.
Never thought I would say it but looking forward to returning again

Messed up the order and the “shift manager” was too worried about looking like they had everything under control that they made the order wrong 2 more times while waiting in the lobby. Even after offering multiple times for him to look at the receipt, he never would. He just assumed we had called and complained (multiple orders were incorrectly handed out) he we relaying the wrong order to the line workers to remake. Instead of checking what needed to be made. He just yelled at the staff like it was their fault.
