We got notchos and they were nasty hardly any BBQ and no cheese it tasted like just BBQ sauce.won't go there again

After a rainy week of camping, I googled a place to eat as we drove through Camden and saw rave reviews for The Shack. It turns out that they weren't actually open, but after chatting with a man at the smoker for a few minutes, Don offered some sides he had prepared in the cooler and heated up some pulled pork for sandwiches. We had a picnic at a local park and it was all delicious, but the potato salad and cole slaw were about the best I've ever had! Thank you, Don, for feeding weary travelers your delicious barbecue on your day off! We'll be back one day! :)

the owner treated us like family while we were there! my burrito was out of this world, and my son is in love with the Mac and cheese! if you are in Camden and craving BBQ, pay them a visit!

We had the ribs and some sides. Food was good, but the young lady at the cash register was not friendly, was not knowledgeable about the menu and was disinterested. Later the owner (I’m assuming) came out to ask if we needed anything and was cheerful and friendly. Hate to give such a poor review.

We loved this place! I am surprised it wasn't busier. A true gem! The blond haired girl (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) was fantastic and wrote a really sweet note to us with our to go desert order. We loved the frichos (fry nachos) and the BBQ plate and the jalapeño poppers. I generally don't love crinkle fries but the rest of the plate was so good I didn't even notice. Thank you to this well run establishment and all the hard work you put into the food and service. Yall should be proud! 10/10 would eat here every week.
