As someone born and raised in Carthage, this has always been my go-to and favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is consistently delicious, and a few of my must-haves are the Mino Special, Steak Fajita Nachos, Guacamole Mexicana, and the enchiladas — all so good!

It's probably the best Mexican food in the area (this coming from a guy from Fort Worth, TX). The Don Ramon....chicken fajitas wrapped in a tortilla the size of the plate. Enough said.
