Me and my mom came through the drive-thru and ordered the vanilla cold brew with our food, but when we got it, it was extremely bitter. We get the coffee pretty often- and even from this particular location- so we knew it was off and let the guy running the window that the ratio of coffee was off and that it needed more of the half and half. We had it remade for us, but when we got it, it was literally just half and half in a cup,, It made us both laugh, though. The rest of the order was good and we still drank our half and half so theres no beef.

Manager on duty, Ashley, was very unprofessional. Her tone and demeanor towards her staff and the customers was disrespectful. The drive thru as well as the dining room was packed, however she never once helped the 1 cashier in the front. Jodie had to take the orders and gather the food for all of her guests. The Cashier, Jodie was very polite, very respectful and thanked us for our business.
Got the mushroom Swiss but switched out the bread, it was perfectly made hot and fresh.

Went in on a Sunday morning at 8. Only one customer in the dining room. We ordered a breakfast platter w/ sausage, chicken biscuit and a super sausage combo. The platter came out with bacon, and didn’t have look appetizing at all. We had an extra super sausage sandwich that I was charged for but didn’t order and sweet tea had to be from the night before. I was told he would get me sausage for the platter and I could get credited back for the extra sandwich. He asked if I wanted the extra sandwich and I said I haven’t touched it so they could keep it as it was still on the tray. After they fixed the platter I asked if he was going to credit me for the extra sandwich and he said rudely “I can”. We won’t be back to the Carthage Hardees
