Even when they are busy the fries are cold. Food orders are usually correct which is why they get 2 stars but cold fries and sometimes long drive thru wait times are a no no for me.
Update: 12/18/25 roughly 7:30pm. Who ever manages this shift and the restaurant in general should be ashamed for letting their staff members carry on conversations in the back kitchen area so loudly and using profanity. Every other word coming out 2 or 3 staff members mouth was profanity while my 7 year old daughter and I tried to sit down and enjoy our cold salty fries and burgers. I've worked in restaurants for many years and currently manage one and i would never let my staff get away with talking like this whether or not they could be heard. It'll be a long time before I step back in this McDonald's. My first review was 6 years ago and it's been that long since I've come back.

I worked in fast food for 20 years, so I understand that it is what it is, fast food. With that being said I do not frequent this Mcdonalds very often but when I do the fries are always cold and absolutely disgusting the McChickens are cold and the buns are chewy. I only go here out of convenience, so maybe it's just because it's always an off day for them when I go, but it is all a matter of opinion

Mcdonald's is mcdonald's! But this mcdonald's is the best! The food is always hot.You will never get cold fries. And the staff at the drive through are wonderful and super friendly.So keep up the good work!

I've never had any kind of complaints out of this McDonald's I live super close to it. Use it at least bi-weekly or monthly. My orders always correct staff's always cool food's always fresh. Really have never had any kind of issues so this McDonald's is pretty awesome in my opinion thanks guys I think you're doing a great job

they’re not always open when they say they’re gonna be on the site, even on drive thru. they’re supposed to be the only drive thru in town open early in the morning, so i expect they piss a lot of people off. they don’t pick up the phone if you call to find out what’s going on or if they’re open, even if there are workers there.
possible plus: one of the last places in the country seemingly where you can rest in their parking lot in your car for an hour unperturbed. drive by here early in the morning on a roadtrip and have nowhere else to go? it’s nap time, whether you like it or not.
entertainment: if you have trouble sleeping you can watch cars line up to get their pickup orders only to be turned away

Tried to go there for an order. I placed to sit in line for 30 minutes to then go to the window and be told that they're not open when online says they are and they're in line waiting for them to talk to us.

Well me and my service dog stopped in to this McDonald's in Carthage Tennessee I parked in the handicap parking got out with my service dog and was approached by an employee who asked me if I had certified paperwork for my dog I told him no I don't need to have it on me My dog is AKC championship bloodline certified and right Just finished up phase one of his service dog training But to find out through the government you really don't need paperwork to prove that your dog is a support dog in many states so where McDonald's gets off asking or anybody in the fast food industry gets off asking a disabled veteran for that is beyond me I gave McDonald's a five-star because I walked in with my dog and got him a plane ice cream sundae and split it with him and I ordered a nice tea The customers that were in there said that my dog behave very very well beyond their surprise I was so happy to hear that So like I said I gave McDonald's a five star for their service they're great ice cream and sweet tea
Drive-thru almost forgot half of my order and we were missing all of our sauces to our chicken nuggets and the burgers were missing some things as well. We the the food anyways and it was decent.

It's McDonalds. There's an expectation of food quality and experience. This place does not deliver. Angry cashier's and dirty bathrooms are two of the low lights. I'd suggest moving on to someplace else if you can.

I'm a weekly 3 or 4 times a week customer. I've notice the last 4 times I've been there the Coke drink seems watered down, lighter in color and very little flavor. I waited to see if it was happening more than once and now 4 times. It's a noticeable difference like they've turned the syrup way down. What's the point of selling it when they do this to it. It just started the last 2 weeks. If you're trying to cut cost this isn't it. $2 for a large watered down drink with no flavor. Also your outdoor water faucet has a massive leak you can see driving thru the drive thru. I did call and they said they'd checked it this morning. There's no way it's at the normal setting. Guess we'll have to start going to Hartsville instead.

This is the first Mickey D's that I've ever been to that has Krispy Cream Donuts on there menu and find irresistibly amazing. I think that Tennessee Mickey D's should follow suit. Everyone in agreement? Good!!!
