According to a Google search, this restaurant was listed as one of the best on Dale Hollow Lake. So me and my wife launch at Sulphur Creek on our Jet Ski looking forward to an hour or so ride to the restaurant. When we arrived we were shocked when told it has been closed for a while now. I can understand restaurants have struggled lately due to various reasons but why wouldn’t someone take the time to de-list the restaurant from the few search engines such as google and Apple. To make matters worse, the marina employee told us the restaurant at Mitchell Creek was open so off we went and when we arrived we were told by the marina it was closed. Closed in the middle of the busy summer season (July 20, 2021). Not a good look for Dale Hollow. Not sure I will be spend time next vacation at the lake when you can’t count on lake restaurants or Marinas to serve food. Thank goodness Mikes restaurant was open and we ate there the entire time but we had to use sulphur creek as the home base for lunch and dinner.
This place is closed. I dont know its because of the season or covid.
It was ok. Just seemed like a lot of frozen food.
Great place to rent a boat or cabin.
Pretty view of the lake. Older quaint establishment with small town vibes. Great portion sizes and the staff was very friendly. Waitresses eyebrows were on FLEEK
Great people and honest hard workers. They go the extra mile to please you. Cleaned and replaced dated items in cabins. Doing a lot of up dating. Thanks Cedar Hill for your great return. Now under new management.
After seeing several great social media comments about this restaurant, we decided to take a Sunday drive to have lunch there. Wrong decision. The restaurant is in a faded, over run with weeds building, located at the top of the temporarily closed Cedar Hill boat ramp outside of Celina. The screen door and the entry door were both falling apart and you had to twist and shove just to get inside. Once inside there were two layers of seating overlooking the lake that you could choose from. The inside was only cooled by several large floor fans. What was WORSE was the conditions of the restrooms! The Women’s restroom was out of order and dirty, so everyone had to use the Men’s restroom. The door was filthy - it looked like it had never been touched EVER with cleaner. There was not a lock on the “one-holer” - just a hook that didn’t close the door very tightly. Our waitress couldn’t answer our question about what the asterisks on the menu meant and she didn’t get our order correct and apologized by saying she wasn’t familiar with the menu. The only reason that I didn’t rate the restaurant TERRIBLE was that the food we ordered was average in taste and appearance. If this restaurant is #6 in Celina TN, I would recommend you stop in Cookeville for a restaurant before you get to Celina.
Cute place, good food and service...ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
Great food and good prices
I've only had the breakfast, but it's fantastic and very affordable. Highly recommend!

Nice little restaurant, great view, good food, good WiFi for the kids
New owners are wonderful! They have big plans for this resort. While it's still out of date, it's very clean. They are working hard to make this place beautiful again! Give them a chance! You won't be disappointed. We stayed this past weekend and the owners/employees went above and beyond for us!
Great food and great service
Beautiful place
We had a blast & reserved 2 cabins. Everything wasn't perfect but we made it fun.
