Food was pretty decent, the barbecue “sauce “ is a “liquid” (textured differently) the plates are pretty much paper plates just reusable plastic. the flavors of the food is wonderful! The waitress could have at least smiled (which makes a person happy!) and the menu is pretty basic they have daily meals but you can’t order that food on any other day (like Mondays are bbq nacho days but, you can’t order bbq nachos any other day) so it makes the menu slightly more dense. Its a good spot to eat a short meal

We are locals, and spent $50 on BBQ at the one stop, and almost all the food was not good at all, only the potato salad was good. We will not be going back, high prices, poor service and bad food Martin ??

Hamburger was literally just a dried out patty and a bun. Was disappointed for a place called 1 Stop BBQ that there was not beef on the menu. Service was not that great but in their defense it was her first day. Thought maybe they could redeem their selves with dessert but no. It was just okay. The only good I can say food wise is the fries coleslaw and twisted taters were good. I think for a small town this is probably a loved spot for locals but they would never make it in bigger town.
We went on Mothers Day 2024 and it was some of the best food EVER. I could have eaten just a plate full of their coleslaw and would have been so happy. BEST EVER. I had pork tenderloin and my husband had the pulled pork. They were super busy of course, but they were so friendly and the service was GREAT. Wish I lived closer to them. We drove over 90 minutes to get there and it was worth it. I do not understand why they are not on the list for the Tennessee BBQ trail. PUT THEM ON IT!!! We've told all our family and friends it's worth the drive.

We had the BBQ nachos with pulled pork and pulled pork plate and they were delicious. Wished they was closer to where we live.
This place is pretty good. I got the pulled pork, which was tasty. My husband got a burger, which was good. The desserts are good too.

Run of the mill BBQ no frills. Concerning part is the abundance of flies inside the dining area. Location doesn't offer many other choices though.
