Please don't waste your money. The food is substandard, the service stinks, and to top it off, the priceless are outrageous. I couldn't believe they charged $0.60 for a glass of water. I worked as a manager, cooked, and served in restaurants for many years and know one thing, you make your money by repeat customers. They will never get one penny from me again. STAY OUT!

Poor quality, cheap food, and cheap prices should say it all.... simple small town restaurant with basic unseasoned food. Not authentic at all. I hope they improve, as they are the only BBQ in this town. They use basic cheap dollar store hamburger buns for the sandwiches, so it falls apart in your hand. Dry chicken, smushy fries. Need I say more. Step up and make your food better, and then I'll update my review.

WORST bbq EVER! unedible!! We Won't be back! Food came out in 2 minutes...that should have been a sign...been to bbq joints all over the country..trust Me...buy a tub of pulled pork and a can of Bushes beans at Walmart and save Your Money..Time and TASTE BUDS!!

I have been going to 1-stop bbq for almost 12 yrs and it's unfortunate for me to say, I probably won't be back. Let's start off by making it clear that 1stop is a "different" bbq. There is nothing "traditional" about its unique flavor and techniques. Sweet yet tangy... soft but tends to be dry... spicy in a very different way. These are things you might hear from others that know. Again... ITS DIFFERENT! So understand that before you try it. Open minded is the best way to discover and enjoy food imo. Now to the issues :(For the second time I was told that when ordering the sampler I could not have 2 chicken 1 pork. Ok, I get prices have gone up but I also understand cooking and know what your margins are. Here's an idea... charge me more instead of flat out telling me I can't. Oh and remove "your choice" from the menu as to not mislead people, problem solved!THE FOOD: well... it's gone downhill in the last couple of yrs. The chicken is even dryer now than ever and it's flavor is a poor shadow of what it once was. Consistency is no longer a thing and quality is on its way out as well. SERVICE: I don't want to destroy these hard working kids so let's just say, if you don't like your job then please move on. Yes, life is difficult at times but remember... it's not the customers fault (most times). I understand celina is a small town but just know, you're not trapped there no matter how you may feel. I know this review will probably fall on deaf ears knowing that my $50-$90 loss of yours a few times a year (now) you won't miss, but I'm sure the $100 plus tips to the disgruntled yet hard working kids will be. DO BETTER PLEASE and get back to doing what you've always done best. Making people happy ❣️

Back when DH BBQ was a little shack at the end of bill hunter rd the food was great! At their new establishment they could care less. The staff literally laughs at you when you walk in probably because they know what a sad dining experience your in for.Recently got a to go order with 2 loaded BBQ potatoes. Got home and actually looked at the food, both potatoes were swimming in a deep puddle of water! Trashed both... dog even turned it down. Hot, medium and mild BBQ sandwiches are exactly the same with different levels of what I can only guess is paprika or some lame seasoning sprinkled on it. My thumb would fall off from typing if I dared continue my laundry list of bad experiences here. I miss the BBQ shack.

Had pulled pork sandwich and fries, the fries were good, the pulled pork was very watery, the sauce was very watery and tasted weird like sweet vinegary something, not a particularly good taste for me. The sauce was so watery that it dissolved my bun into a slimy mess.Parking: Good, but not flat on a hill.Wheelchair accessibility: No, tight wooden steps to manual pull door, parking lot hilly, would be very hard for wheel chairs, walkers, or crutches.
