It's no longer called Doris' Diner. It's now L&S Diner. Haven't been to Celina in years . We enjoyed our meal it was the perfect amount and tasted great. Are servers were very pleasant and attentive.

The food was good, just not great. They advertise a buffet but, where I come from, a buffet is all you can eat. Theirs is one trip, small portions.
The restaurant is clean and neat with decent server attendance. I personally would not choose to return here. Sorry!

This is no longer Doris's but I think it is called S&J...maybe L&J. We were a table of 4. All ordered the catfish special they serve on Friday. The fish was not good at all. Undercooked and very large pieces. We left the fish on our plates and paid for our dinners. We let them know we did not want money off the bill but wanted them to know the fish was not good. Staff did not seem to be concerned. I also felt the restaurant was not clean. Will not return.

It is a pretty roomy place. Food is a little pricier compared to other places there. But well, you can still try it.

The best western omelet I’ve ever had. If it was not a three hour drive, I’d eat breakfast every morning.
The waitress was very friendly and my coffee cup never dropped to below half.
Great place.
