Great little restaurant in a small Tennessee town, great food, large portions, and the classic southern hospitality. Absolutely a go to
Food was not good french fries were cold burger was dry..no meat on wings and waited 1hr and a half for food
the food is so yummy I recommend the burgers and hamburger steak
In town to get my boat repaired and stopped by for breakfast. Great food and service. You won't be disappointed.
Small and difficult to find parking sometimes
I was there on March 21st, during the Chocolate Gravy Festival weekend. I had a BLT; the bacon was limp, the sandwich was just meh, and so were the fries. They don't serve breakfast all day, even though there was a sign that said they did. The waitress paid more attention to my male friend than me, for example, asking only him if he wanted dessert. It could be that it was a festival weekend, but the other local diners seemed to still maintain good service and tasty food throughout the weekend, so I don't really see that as an acceptable reason...
We were there on March 21st while visiting Celina for the Chocolate Gravy Festival. I noticed a sign that said that breakfast was served all day. Yay for me because I like breakfast at dinner time.
And then we were told by the waitress that breakfast was not served all day. **Sigh**
So, I ordered a BLT. I was with a (male) friend who seemed to get all of our waitress' attention. I'm guessing she thought (rightly so, in this case) that he was paying, but maybe not be so obvious about your target audience. She seemed young, though, so maybe she's just learning the finesse of dealing with customers to get the best tips.
Anyway, the BLT was not that great. And, I mean, it's a BLT. We're not talking very sophisticated food here. The bacon was limp, not crisp at all, and there was very little of it. The sandwich was just... meh. The fries were meh as well.
My friend was asked if he wanted dessert. He had it; it was a caramel pie, I think.
I don't know, it was just disappointing. Also, after being at other diners during the weekend, it was obvious the food here was comparatively sub-par.
One thing, though: the parking is fine. Crossing the street in Celina is not like running across 42nd St. in NYC. You can park anywhere in the square and get to the restaurant just fine.
The coffee was the worst I ever had
New owners are doing a great job. Much better.
My husband & I stopped here on the way to KY. We loved the atmosphere, friendly staff and the amazing breakfast!

Very good breakfast
Very good hometown diner! The food is tasty, the service friendly, and the pork tenderloin sandwich is the best we've had in a long time!
Nice place to stop during travel. Staff were exceptional and service was prompt. The fish sandwich was not as good as one would hope, however, the ham and cheese sandwich and side dishes were awesome. They have a large menu selection and warrants visiting again when traveling through this quaint town.

For starters, I will not be back. Our waitress was wonderful until an older lady that works there tore her nerves up so bad she messed up a lot. The young waitress was doing her job and very respectful. After the older lady flipped her lid, everything went down hill she fussed on the young waitress multiple times, causing her to mess up our entire order. Took them 45 mins to cook to cook our food when it got to us it was wrong and was gonna take more time for them to fix. When my sister went to pay for our drinks so we could leave, the old lady was at the register. She told her in a mean tone she would have to wait she was looking up prices for someone else. This older lady was very rude. We was about to spend close to $100.00 for 4 people. Will not make that mistake again.
