I placed an online order and picked up. I ordered smashed avocado on my daughters sub at an additional $1.50. There was BARELY any on it. I also ordered their pretzel which was hard. It was so hard that we could barely bite into it. I tried to call up there but of course no one answered. Not a very happy customer.
Yall need more than 2 people in there working, asked to get my sandwich toasted and it's cold, line all the way to the door because yall are understaffed.
Ordered online so I could pick up on my lunch, get up there and it’s not done because there was two kids up there and also because their under staffed, also they didn’t have rotisserie chicken which online it could have told me not available if they were out, my meal was also cold and it should have been heated, hopefully it gets better

I will never buy anything from celina subway again. They were very rude and obnoxious to my wife over them being out of mozzarella cheese and got mad because we wanted something different. They treated her horribly and pointed and laughed at her thru the window. All because they were mad because they had to do their job....absolutely horrible experience
