Dinner last night was delicious ! Quick service with a relaxing atmosphere ! Megan is a wonderful server !
Highly Recommend this Restaurant to everyone!
Went today for the first time met the new entertainment coordinator, she was a peach. My dog was sitting outside in the jeep and they asked me if i wanted to bring him in!? It was my dog’s 1st bday so we had breakfast and a cider. It was amazing! The view is beyond words. Id compare it to living in New England in the mountains. Ill definitely come back
Food was brought out in waves. First plate came 45 minutes before the last. We were told after waiting an hour they were out of meatloaf which 3 of us ordered. When the last plate arrived a server came back and said oh sorry that was for another table and took it after it had set in our table for a while. Food all came out wrong or missing an item. I personally got corn bread with my meat and 3. The corn bread came out hard as a rock and was heated up in the microwave. A lot of the food appears to be from a can or bought pre battered/ frozen. The view seems to be the only redeeming quality.
I’m all about patronizing the local small businesses instead of the major chains, but this place needs a professional overhaul!
I usually look for the good and give people the benefit of the doubt, too. Just too many negative things to let this ride.
As others have mentioned, the driveway is horrendous. Don’t even try it if you have a nice car. It’s steep and full of deep potholes.
View is amazing, it’s the Best thing about this place.
Greeting was warm and friendly. Place was empty.
Ordered drinks: out of lemonade. Limited offering and $3.00 for a soda. (not even a Coke)
Ordered pretzel bites. Took 10 minutes (place was empty) and they overcooked.
Ordered a salad with blue cheese, which the waitress bragged on how awesome the dressing was because it was made from scratch in house.
5 minutes later…Nope. Out of blue cheese!
Online menu showed lasagna. “We don’t have that anymore.” Wow!
Ordered chicken Alfredo. Big mistake. It was so greasy and nasty. I could not eat it.
My wife’s meal had a spider on it.
When we mentioned these issues to the waitress, her snarky response was “it’s not my restaurant, Sweetheart.” Oh no you didn’t!
Manager!
We paid for our drinks and pretzel bites and left.
Manager offered to void the tab, but we paid for what we ate. His excuse for the Alfredo was that the cheese makes it greasy. It was floating in grease, sir! Yuck!
So disappointed. I sure hope the owners can get things figured out and make this place as special as the view.
Good luck!

We love the views from restaurant. And have enjoyed meeting friends there for breakfast. Planned my daughter’s rehearsal dinner there. Talked to owner about 6 months ago and he was super enthusiastic about us having it there. So as time grew closer started calling to make final arrangements and was met with a lot of hesitation. Could no longer do a buffet, didn’t want to set the tables up until my guest showed up ( 70 people) want to charge 27.00 a head (no entry on menu is more the 15.00) plus 22% gratuity. Basically going to treat us a a reservation of 70. We were there Sunday to talk to them since they never returned phone calls. Was with our normal group of 10 friends (who were also there the day we first talked to them) When we asked why things changed from what was originally said, the owner said he never said that and flat out called my husband a lier in front of our friends. Super unprofessional!!! Said we should take our business elsewhere. 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING!!!
I feel the real reason is they are short staffed and did not feel they could handle a party of this size. When we were there on Sunday there was no other people there except our table and we waited close to an hour for our food. I feel this situation could have been handle much better if he would have just admitted they could not handle a party this size when I first talked to him 6 months ago!!! Now I have to try to find a place to accommodate 70 people. Very unfair and very unprofessional. And sadly we probably will never go to restaurant again!!

We have been driving by this place for over a year. So we decided to stop on our way back into town just to check it out as we had heard some good things about the place. We walk in and there is a guy on an acoustic guitar playing and singing and we’re thinking awesome this is a good sign. The young lady working the bar was welcoming and very nice. Once we sat down at the bar after looking around a little, what we began to see is sadly not what we expected. There is not a full bar and just a few selections of beer. 4 on draft and some domestic beers in cans and bottles plus wine coolers.
Moving on…the place was just not clean period. I get that you have an off day, but this was not clean. This is a leadership issue. You could see this just by the condition and cleanliness of the place. It was not good. It’s just disappointing that there is a lack of urgency to make the place look clean and welcoming for patrons. I hope they get it figured out soon.
Finally the road up to the restaurant could use some major improvements for sure. It’s really bad so beware. While the view is amazing we probably won’t be back until some things improve. Good luck!

If you want a good view and for okay at best food that will come out wrong and in waves instead of the whole table at one time this is your place to go.
We went and order 3 people’s food came out and the others had to wait 30+ min for food. Then when it came out it was cold way over cooked asked for a burger for medium rare came out soooo well done wasn’t good, someone else ordered mashed potatoes with toppings no toppings came out then someone else ordered a. Extra cream corn that didn’t come out. Then ontop of it after the first 3 people got their food they brought another tables food to rest of us come to find out wrong food took it back and then took it to the correct table.
The only thing you should come here for is the view it’s breathtaking but service and food not so much. The waitress was nice but everything else fell so far apart but she was very sweet and kind. Rest of it no thank you. I will not be back.
I thought maybe we had found a new place to dine in when we come down to vacation.

Amazing experience at unique restaurant and bar. Absolutely beautiful mountain top view from the entire restaurant and bar. The people were so friendly and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend the fish bites fried pickles and spicy chicken sandwich. Can’t wait to come back at sunset.
