A GREAT little place to dine and eat. There wasn't ANYTHING I can say negative about this place. Food was excellent, service was also. My husband ordered the ALL YOU CAN EAT CATFISH. They weren't kidding, they started him out with 3 whole catfish and when he got through with his second one, they put 2 more in the fryer and was served fresh following his 3 one. This little gem was everything — and so much more than I could have ever imagined!
The drive to get here alone is breathtaking, and the restaurant itself feels like a peaceful reward at the end of the road.
We ordered the full order catfish fillet, the special of the day (grilled chili tilapia), and two desserts — the homemade hot fudge cake and the pecan pie.
As for the desserts, while both were delicious, the pecan pie stole my heart....

Catfish is mediocre at best, not very much flavor at all. The hush puppies were good and the fries were okay. If I go back, I will try the hamburger instead, it looks pretty good. Our waitress was not very knowledgeable of the menu and didn't know if the kitchen could make grilled fish instead of fried, maybe she was new. Green beans and white beans were really good also. The atmosphere is pretty plain and nothing fancy, not necessarily a bad thing
