I waited 15 min before being told were sorry we have to clean the grill and we only have 2 employees. So you wait till noon lunch hour rush to clean the grill? Really! Won't be back to this Sonic. Sonic has good food in other locations. See a sad future for this one Closed.

The crinkle fries 🍟 were horrible over cooked I was looking forward to a footlong chili cheese coney but I reckon it just goes along with the small over cooked fries not much chili/cheese you just don't get what you pay for anymore

Omg every single thing we got was absolutely gross. The strawberry shake tasted soured my husband's onion rings were falling apart with grease and both our sandwich had too much mayo and tasted gritty like dirt was in it. Awful just awful

Every single time we order, whether it's by the app, or the menu board.. it's ALWAYS WRONG! ALWAYS takes FOREVER! The last couple times we went we only got drinks and even THEY were wrong! The service is the worst ever! The food is good.. if you can ever get it

I placed an order and had to wait an hour for my food. My food was cold and what I had ordered was not right. I ordered 2 bacon ranch queso wraps and all it had on it was a piece of chicken and ranch. So disappointing in the fact that this sonic used to be very good and fast but it has went downhill bad.

I ordered a blast and was told the ice-cream machine was down yet I got a milk shake ! Milkshakes are made with ice-cream right

Sep 1st, 2024 Order came out cold. Took them 30 minutes to make and still received cold food had them remake sandwich never brought it out. Just keeps getting worse

Had to give a star otherwise I wouldn't have. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The stall we were in didn't work & there was no sign warning anyone. Finally went to the windows when the car that just pulled in 15 min after us placed their order. Someone came out & took our order with pen & paper. 35 minutes later I go back to the windows to witness the craziest crap. Girl packing bags with food, pulling food out getting more bags, switching food between bags, rubbing her head, pulling on her hair, guy sitting there fondling tater tots before putting them on the counter. Finally a manger asked what I was waiting for. Went over to the counter, pulled my food out of several bags & from the counter & handed it to me. 45 minutes at 8pm TOO LONG FILKS.
This is one of the slowest Sonics I have been to. They take the fast out of Fast Food. I stop by this location on occasion passing through. They never seem to give marinara with cheese sticks or syrup with french toast sticks, which is very strange. You shouldn't have to ask for them like they wouldn't normally go together... common sense. Pass this location if you're in a hurry. I typically order 10-15 minutes ahead of time, and I am always waiting longer.
