Placed a pick up order on Uber today, just to go pick up and it wasn't even started on. They made some silly excuse of why it wasn't made, as no one was even in there nor was the working even making a sandwich at the time.

2 Stars because god forbid I take my SUBWAY coupons (that i received in the mail) to SUBWAY itself & complete my sandwich order only to be told at the register that the person running the place has made up their own rules to the coupons and does not abide by the actual rules on the coupons. Like, it's not a hugeee deal, but as many of us are, I am on a tight budget, and I would never have went here if I knew i could not use the coupon.
The girl at the register was super nice. Her kind, understanding attitude almost made up for this whole incident because I know she didn't make up the rules.
(Yes, at the time of my transaction, I was showed a sign with handwriting on it about the coupons, but I did not notice it when I came in there and ordered my sandwich because I didn't know I should be looking for handwritten signs about stipulations regarding the coupons)
I found a slight way around it: if you place an order online through the app, you can use a coupon in the app and they can't do anything about it, but the ones that come in the mail are so much better and I will never order inside again due to this.

I went in to the centerville Subway and ordered a Hotshot with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread kinda look different than previous times I have went in there. So I get it toasted and get home to realize that it had been toasted twice and burnt my bread. My sandwich is so hard that I can’t even eat it. What a complete waste of money.

Brand new remodeled site. Looks very nice. It's subway sandwich are made the way you want it. They did a great job. My complaint, I normally use cash at the few times I eat fast food. Used my debit card and there was a mandatory tip 15 -25%. Thought this was strange for a business like this. I will remember to have cash next time.

They gal we had didn't know what she was really doing I'm assuming or just didn't care. She didn't explain anything or the types of things to put on. When asked to put a different sauce on sandwich I think she goy confused that people even put condiments on their sandwiches. She put so little that I had the driest sandwich I've eaten in years. The veggies I asked for olives and banana peppers I think I got 4 of each and that's being generous. I asked her to cut sandwich into 4ths if course she got confused I finally said never mind I'd do it myself. And these are supposed to be a good sandwich. Not for me I'd rather go to sonic probably cheaper.

Ordered a classic footling nothing fancy, price was around 14 or 15 bucks. I used a coupon for 6 bucks off. I still paid over 10 bucks for the just the sandwich and figured it was over 4 bucks in just the tax. The sandwich was all bread. Hardly anything on it at all. Hardly no sauce. Couldn't even taste it just the bread taste. Save your money go to the store and buy everything there at least you have what you really want. Also watch out for coupon paper tax.
