We drive 45min to get here, and have always enjoyed our visits. But this last time the staff seemed very un-engaged and even got part of our order wrong ( cold coffee vs hot ). When pointed out staff kind of had a "oh well attitude" and said we can make another if you want. You need a strong manager present when owner is away as it seemed no-one was steering the ship today.
I take each of my grandkids out for ice cream for their birthday. Sometimes we come here. I love that I can get ice cream for them and a coffee for me. I am glad I have a dairy free option. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. They have a special table with activities for kids, couches for those who want to linger and chat, and traditional tables. They have WiFi and I know some like to come here to study. I am glad to have this coffee shop in Centerville!
