Manager deliberately hung up on me while on the phone. I took this very disrespectful. Immediately showed me how the atmosphere at this location is. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst planning and service. I arrived at 10:10am to order a cheeseburger and tots. Was told I could not order lunch till 10:30am. I understand that and waited patiently till then. They took my order finally at 10:40am. By 11:15am I still had not received my food. I had a 11:30am appointment and couldn't wait any longer. Very disappointing.
Bring your own malt vinegar or hot sause, but the Fridays fish was excellent. The tarter sause is not my thing, however no real complaints. Great atmospher, very welcoming. Would love to see more sides.

We really enjoy small town, local restaurants that cook from scratch... check, check, and check! We really enjoyed everything, and the peanut butter brownie we took home for dessert was with the trip to Chapel Hill, TN

Stopped for a break at the Marathon gas station nextdoor which has a few truck parking spaces. Saw this little diner and decided to give them a try, once I walked in I realized I've been there before.
The service was great and our waitress was very attentive.
I ordered the vegetable omelet and waffle, both were cooked perfectly. My husband ordered a bacon double cheese burger with fries, he said it was delicious!
Our visit was around 5pm and it was very slow. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
I will definitely return.
