Ordered a sausage egg breakfast burrito. I opened it up and it literally looked like someone threw up in it. I took it back and the girl said it looked normal to her. I got a refund.

Employees are okay-ish. We're ALWAYS having issues with getting just a basic sweet tea from here though. Just got home with some drinks for my family and my husband's sweet tea ended up being unsweetened tea. This isn't the first time we've had this issue with the sweet tea and I already know it won't be the last. 🤦‍♀️

This is the worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. The food is always bad, the service is always slow, and most of the employees are terribly unpleasant. I look forward to the day Chapel Hill gets enough options to shut this place down.

The kids are nice and attentive. The food is good despite quality on Sonic's part, way too expensive for how little we get especially when we want to leave tips.
The stars are only for employees. Sonic's price/ ingredient quality gets 2 stars

Like a big daycare in the parking lot on weekends and everytime I go here the food is wrong , not every now and again but literally every time . Do better

Just like all the other Sonic locations - fairly busy. The only complaint is that I've eaten there regularly for a few years, but always seem to get a squished burger that's dripping with grease and the lettuce always looks like it sits too close to a heat source. Rarely looks fresh.
