Got the new grilled cheese and the bread was not toasted and the cheese was cold. And the place was empty. I dont understand how you cant make a grilled cheese.

I stopped by yesterday to grab some lunch and it was good! The lady who took my order was the sweetest & most polite person I’ve ever had at any drive thru! Her name was Brittany and was a shift lead. I had her at the window as well and she was the sweetest! She’s very professional yet sweet as can be. She was training a young man who I know will turn into a phenomenal worker since he’s learning from her. Food was perfect too! Thank you!!

App didn't work. Workers and manager could not figure out how to make it work. So, lost the deal. They didn't care. They could not scan my QR either to work in store. Once I paid and got receipt the app would not give me credit for at least the points when I scanned the receipt either. I ordered a lettuce wrap (instead of bun) bacon double cheeseburger. They left off the mustard and mayo even though I ordered both. They charged me $0.75 for the lettuce. The burger wasn't even wrapped at all. They just slapped a piece of lettuce on top and one on bottom.

I think y'all are just trying to complicate it. All you need to do is order a biscuit at the maximum maybe get a drink with it. You know when you're writing a restaurant that serves biscuits maybe you should write it based upon their biscuits and this place has some of the best biscuits known in the south. I'll fight you for it.
