It has been 17 years since I ate at Hardee's. Reason was due to terrible BURNT food. Contacted corporate office with no response. Finally tried again. Now fooled twice. Never again, ever.

I think y'all are just trying to complicate it. All you need to do is order a biscuit at the maximum maybe get a drink with it. You know when you're writing a restaurant that serves biscuits maybe you should write it based upon their biscuits and this place has some of the best biscuits known in the south. I'll fight you for it.

Got a snack for my son because it was going to be a bit before dinner, an original ham n cheese. I went to reach in the bag to grab it and immediately knew something was wrong. Bun was ROCK hard, but only half of it 😆 I ended up just tossing it, didn't go back because I didn't want to waste time and they had to have known and chose to serve it anyway so I believe their standards are pretty low. It's too bad because there aren't very many places near us to eat.

Every time I go in the afternoon my food is always either wrong or the fries are cold or hard as a rock. I just left and they said the fries are fresh well I get home and they’re so hard you could break a tooth not even worth trying to eat.
