Every time I go in the afternoon my food is always either wrong or the fries are cold or hard as a rock. I just left and they said the fries are fresh well I get home and they’re so hard you could break a tooth not even worth trying to eat.

I wake every morning and go get me a biscuit to start my day. They are smiling and welcoming at 420 in the morning. I'm thankful for the smiling faces and sweet people there.

The Charleston Hardee's is very clean and very friendly. They are very knowledgeable in what food they sell. By far this is the best Hardee's, I've visited in East Tennessee. I would highly recommend visiting here to eat if your ever in the area of Charleston, Tn. The employee Jaimey was very friendly and helped me decide what to eat that would be good. All in all this is the one place to visit for your hunger needs.

I always remembered Hardee's for having the best and softest biscuits. We thought since we were traveling why not stop by this location for a good breakfast. I ordered a variety of biscuits for my family and got back on the highway. What we pulled out the bag was a huge disappointment. Every biscuit was crunchy like it had been overcooked. Traveling so it was inconvenient to turn around. My advice is to make sure you check before you leave so you don't end up with a 30 dollar bag of trash like I did. Even though the food was bad, the service was good.

1/7/2025 I came over for a bite to eat. I arrived in a tractor trailer because I'm in route to GA, on my way back from delivering in Knoxville. The indoors were locked and serving drive through only. I asked the cashier window guy if I could come inside to order because I wouldn't fit in a drive through. He was willing however his manager wasn't and told me I had to stand outside behind the cars and walk through the drive through. It is 39 degrees outside with a wind chill factor making the temperature even low, I replied not to mention the embarrassment of standing in a drive through for cars. Jaden, the cashier felt my frustration and assisted the best he could trying to both please his manager and myself without getting himself in trouble. Jaden made light in a potentially dark situation and I want him to be recognized for proper customer care and services unlike whoever the manager on duty was.

Best Hardees I have ever been to. The sweet ladies that work at the restuarant. Biscuits were great and filled full with bacon, egg and cheese. And restuarant very clean.
