Went to this McDonalds for lunch today....HORRIBLE. Took forever in the drive through lane. Made a correction to the order person before pulling away from ordering kiosk...he said he'd fix it. Paid my bill pulled up to get food...bag with fries and sandwich was handed to me and then my drink...requested no ice and it had ice so I told the girl, she took it back and made another drink. I got the drink and drove away. About 2 miles down the road I took a drink and wanted to throw up....I ordered diet coke but got cherry coke, totally disgusting. I was too far to bother with going back but that drink ruined my entire meal. The sandwich bread needed to be in garbage not fresh at all. The only thing worth eating were the fries, they were actually hot although I ordered a large I got a medium. This meal cost me almost 10$ to be so crappy. The people that work here want to be paid 10-15$ an hour but they can't even get a simple order correct. I'm sick of paying for food and getting garbage. McDonalds should have to repay for incorrect orders, bet it wouldn't be incorrect for long. Going to remember to check everything in my order before pulling away from window, sorry to those that are behind me and have to wait.

We were criticized for asking for no salt on our fries. Then when we received the food I found no ketchup in the lobby. I returned to the front counter and I asked one of the servers for ketchup. She walked over to the box and grabbed a MASSIVE handful, reached into my bag THEN only dropped three little packets for an order that cost $30. If there's anything more humiliating than having to eat at McDonald's, it's definitely only receiving three packets of ketchup for everybody to share.
We had been humiliated by the Subway Employee (She rolled her eyes at us and then slammed the bread door shut ) next to the McDonald's. The manager of that Love's truck stop found us and apologized for the behavior of the restaurant employees. But at that point we just wanted to get out of that place.

This is by far the best McDonald's that we have visited. The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh!
