I pull up drive thru says look at the menu I'll be right with you. .. then he comes back and say s we are not taken orders until 4:15. This is not the first time this guy has done this to me. It's been about 4 different times over the last year . So don't count on it being 24vhours

I have been going here for over a year now and it was great when I first started going here with my husband. The only issue I had is I ordered a McFlurry and they got it wrong. (I ordered it with M&Ms and there wasn’t any) I politely asked for the M&Ms to be put in it and I just laughed it off saying it was completely okay. Randall came back to me and handed it to me and I didn’t see the M&Ms on the bottom (that was on me) he aggressively pointed at the bottom of the cup and I said, “oh I’m so sorry I didn’t even see!” He scoffed at me, rolled his eyes, and walked away. I wanted to say something, but I started thinking about how overwhelming fast food generally is, so I just left it alone and sat down. That was months ago. Here the past 2 months me and my husband always wait more than 20 minutes for our food. Not only do we have to wait for our food we have to stand at the counter for an extra 5-10 minutes to get the cups we also ordered because they never put them with the order. The last time I went in there with my husband we waited 45 minutes for our food because they lost it. When I went to the counter to say, “Hey, I to check on my order. We never got it and we have been waiting 25 minutes for it.” I told her my order number and Randall spoke up to the back in irritation saying, “She is saying she never got it, I guess. Remake it.” That’s when we had to wait another 20 because the burger my husband get is a cook to order. Not only was I patient, I was sincere. This restaurant needs a reset on quite a few staff. I get it, it’s irritating, but I’m not yelling at you or anyone or even being mean. I would say we deserve good food service. I wouldn’t even be giving 2 stars if my husbands burger wasn’t always fresh. They always do really great on that part.

Tonight was the last straw!!! So I have several kids and me and my wife have been working a lot lately so usually we hit this McDonald's 2 or 3 times a week, but never again. It really started over the last two months but our order is always wrong or missing something. They forgot my kids happy meal twice, 2 of our orders of fries at once, I always ask for my burger to be plain and always repeat and ask that they please get it plain except each time they don't. Never remember our straws they always have to go back and get them and regardless of what you order and whether anyone is even in line behind you they always have you pull forward and then proceed to make you wait 15 minutes. I can look past a lot of things but starting around two months ago this place has went to hell, the customer service horrible vs previously the best around hands down. Maybe new management or new workforce but I imagine more people will refuse to go back as well.
