A 6 inch sub $8.20 sandwich only that would be another three dollars if you want a meal deal not worth it. Go sit down somewhere nice and save yourself some money.
After ordering online to pickup sandwiches in my way to an event, I was extremely disappointed once again that the sandwich maker didn’t follow instructions. I asked for the sandwiches to be cut into 4 pieces. They were barely cut into 2. I asked for light condiments but this tore slathers the sandwich with condiments making them messy and soggy. We could barely eat them. Some of the pieces had to be thrown away. The instructions were not followed and the person behind the counter wasn’t friendly but just pointed where the pickup rack is. I like subway but do not recommend this one.
Watched as my “sandwich artist” talked on the phone for 10 minutes after placing my order online. And then her relief shows up and parks in the handicap parking. I get this is Charleston and it’s slow business. But no business etiquette from either of your staff. Touching your phone and then food is DISGUSTING anywhere.
My ratings speak for themselves. Really nice service and atmosphere. Meat has a metal covering, I guess, for overnight coverage. There was a new guy there was a little annoying as new folks can be. But it truly think he has the potential of being awesome there.

Don't waste your time coming here. Food was just ok. No ice for drinks and no one cares to tell ya that either until you've already paid for a drink. Not a good experience, for me anyways
Have been to hundreds of Subways in my life, all around the beautiful USA.
This location stands out as the absolute worst, ever.
Who ever owns this particular shop does not deserve to remain in business.
We drove in a few days ago and were the only customers present.
The two employees, Jade and her Boss were sitting outside on the sidewalk vaping.
We walked past them thinking that they looked like they might work there.
We stood quietly inside for a full two minutes before the employees, outside, grudgingly got to their feet and came in to their posts.
Another full two minutes went by as they checked on everything else but us.
They never once acknowledged our presence except to scowl in our direction as if we were ruining their lives.
The actual Sandwich making procedure was excruciating as we experienced the worst of attitudes and behaviors from behind the counter.
If I asked for a lot of something she put on the tiniest amount; if I asked for a little, she loaded it on. She literally threw veggies on with the greatest of disgust and toxicity.
I felt like asking her if we had once been married or something!
There's way more sad details that I could relate about the short encounter, but let me just say in passing that if You have enough gas to get to somewhere else, anywhere else, do it!
If You scrape up a dead Opossum off the road, You'll have a more pleasant dining experience than at the Charleston Tennessee Subway.
I usually only like to write positive reviews, but the toxicity level of this place deserves a fair warning to potential unknowing customers.

My daughter and I dropped in to grab a quick lunch and as soon as we walked in the lady working was complaining about a customer that had just left. I felt that was very unnecessary. Then as she was making our order she walked to the back 2 times, I'm not sure why she did that. The lettuce looked super old, the green peppers were a weird yellow color, and the spinach looked really bad. I had a coupon that I presented at the end and she tells me her coupon machine is down so I'm not happy about that. I feel they could still do the discount manually without scanning it. I will not go back to that Subway again.
