I usually stop by for breakfast, and in the mornings, the ladies working are always awesome—no complaints there at all. I understand why some folks might get frustrated, especially since this is one of the only non-Mexican food spots in Charlotte. Expectations can run high, but at the end of the day, it’s still a fast food restaurant. Just like anywhere else, experiences will vary. I have only had an issue with their original DQ cakes. I spoke to who I needed to about it....

Just when I was losing hope in service and quality at fast food restaurants, I stopped at this Dairy Queen and my faith is restored. Not only was the service and the food awesome, the store was clean with a great atmosphere. I will definitely be eating here again.

Their dairy offerings are always delicious. I don't like their burgers because they get cold before I can finish eating them. Plus the texture of the meat is overdone. Seems like they may cook them in advance and microwave them.
