A lot has changed since 2018, which was my first time eating here. Back then, your philly cheese steak was made to order, the fry cut and fried on the spot, and the lemonade with freshly squeezed lemons per cup. That was 5 star dining! Today, the customer service was excellent. The food was good, but you only have two options now steak and cheese or traditional. No fresh fries or lemonade. Overall I rate it at a 3.

The store itself is good enough & they have some nice employees but DO NOT waste your money on a cheesesteak here. They should be ashamed of themselves charging $17 for that garbage. At best, it's a $10 sandwich. Quality stinks & the size is embarrassing.

The night crew is very strange. Not very friendly at all. They seemed bothered to have a customer. Purchased the potato wedges. They were very dry and hard.
Don't bother to look at menu because they serve none of it. We settled for what they did have and it was the driest crap I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere...anywhere else. This should be called the burned up til dusty steak with no cheese factory.

My dyslexia hit me cuz I told my wife oh shit there's a cheesecake factory near us and when we get here it's cheesecake factory... the look on my wife's face priceless the pinch she through at my face luckily didn't land lol
