My partner went into this establishment to pick up food for me to eat. I have severe dietary restrictions and one of the things I can't have includes certain peppers and greens, as well as onions. My partner ordered a philly for me, no onion, extra mayo, nothing extra. He said the person making the sandwich had no idea what a philly was and proceeded to add onions, banana peppers, cucumbers, pickles, spinach, and green peppers. Three of those items I am unable to eat. I am highly disappointed in the service received here today as I normally do not have any issues with this particular establishment when it comes to ordering my normal order of a philly with no onions and extra mayo. I do however understand that the person working may be new and still learning.

This place is bad they are targeting you if you dont by food and rush you out of the store when you dont pull out a wallet terrible customer services and they are rude I wouldn't take family here this cause disturbance

Why did I only get 6 pieces of spinach but the entire thing of mayo on my sub ? I’m also pretty sure lettuce isn’t suppose to be brown in color. Walk next door to Greeko service is way better.

Generally clean place, the tuna wasn't over-saturated in mayo but made right. She let me see the tuna as she was applying it to the bread, friendly staff. My table needed to be wiped, but overall, this is definitely one of the better subways, one that I highly recommend 👌

I order online frequently and even though they are listed as a participating location for the coupons they will not accept them. The sandwiches are rarely the way I order them and toppings are quite light even if you ask for extra. They are conveniently located which is the only reason I ever return.
Ordered a sub and a pizza, everything was on point, the lady who made my order had beautiful brown skin!

We had a $40 gift card. We order our food and at the cashier they didn’t accept our gift card. We just stopped there because of the gift card.So if you have a gift card ask first if they will take it.I was very disappointed.
