I tried to get extra alfredo on my order and they said there is no where on there for that charge. Everytime I order chicken Alfredo it's very dry. Please fix your menu where you can order extra. I told them I would pay extra I didn't mind, but said there was no where to charge the extra to it.

Ordered pizza on line for Delivery. CALL store to see what's going on because the almost 40 bucks was taken out my account. Gentleman on phone says you'll have to come up here so I An look at your phone order, I show him exactly where it says on my phone they took money from my account then were looking at the app he scrolls down on my phone sees that it's for there location puts my order number in computer walks Over to a heavier set lady with real short hair and glasses says some words to her an then says I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you. I said we'll I need my money or my food I'm sorry I can't help you. I looked at him said that's thee absolute worst service ever. I will never order from another dominos again if this is how they treat and steal from their customer's!!! I will be contacting corporate..

I will not be ordering from Domino’s again . They brought our food but left out mine . I called and it’s been over an hour and still no dinner for me . This happened a few months ago and I thought I would try again . Will not do it again .

Absolutely awful customer service ordered a pizza through the app and when I arrived 25 mins later I was informed my order wasn't even in the oven, so I waited another 45 mins on my order while I was on lunch break. I was informed my pizza was ready through the app and went inside to pay and collect my order. I was informed the cook forgot to take it out of the oven and it was burnt and stuck to the pan. Instead of them just delivering across the street to food city I was told to come back later tonight for a replacement pizza. Worst customer service ever will not return.

I can’t say enough good things about this Domino’s. We’re moving and they’ve made dinner probably 5 out of the last 7 nights. Everything is made perfectly, delivered promptly and perfectly warm, and all the drivers have been so kind!

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza they gave me the wrong one order online said pizza was ready I got there they said training new person it had not even started I waited 20 min get home to find out I got wrong pizza I drove back asked for a 2 liter pop for my trouble she said she give me a brownie I said I would never come here again I eat here 2 or 3 times a week I agreed to take brownie but she refused to give it after she offered it because I said I not come back lol there are 1200 employees that work at my company I will spread the word on this one her name sara
