One of the worst McDonald's in the Tri City area. They have some of the rudest people working there. Very rare if there is a thank you, have a nice day or kiss my ass. They take your money or card and not say a thing and same when they give you your meal at the next window. They also have a hard time getting the orders correct. I have had multiple orders messed up. The store itself is not kept up and cleaned. I've been inside and the drink area was nasty and looks as if it hadn't been cleaned all day. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. I've called and talked to the main office, but that didn't seem to help anything.
Worst experience ever. Visited around 2 on Wednesday May
Had good customer service from the guy at the first window in the mornings.
Came through drive through about 12;30pm Sunday 5-4-25. The drive thru line was full of cars. Counted 10-12. Took 7 min to get to window for food. The person at window was standing with her back against the window and was laughing and cutting up with another employee oblivious to all the cars that were waiting. It was clear she was not even doing her job plus ignoring the customers in line waiting. She was doing nothing to help speed up the long line of cars. Her attitude was less than professional when she handed me my food cause she was laughing at what someone said inside. For such a busy time the drive thru service was very poor. Food slapped together.
Sign said bogo mc double. So that's what I ordered. Employee tried to charge me regular price and says sign was wrong and wasn't his problem and said the double cheeseburgers were bogo. I switch the double cheeseburger but not without the employee giving me a major attitude.
It's an okay McDonald's better than some of them I want to
My youngest son is a McDonald's happy meal connoisseur.
It was all a total, less than 1 experence. There was 3 families in the whole place. We all talked. Every couple waited an average of 10 minutes to order. No one was at the front registers. Me and My husband got 2 McFlurries ($14.00) and waited another 15-20 minutes after we ordered. The flurries came in a paper box. I was so disappointed in the whole experience. We wont go back. Should have went with my first choice which was Dairy Cup in Church Hil Tn. But McDonalds was closer. Next time I will go 5 minutes down the road. For better cheaper icecream.
Ice cream machine broke. Coffee machine broke. Everything is broke here, just go to the Pal's down the street, the Hardee's in Mount Carmel, or the Burger King in Allendale.
Every time I go to the Church Hill location they get my order wrong. I understand nobody is perfect and mistakes happen BUT....... EVERY TIME. I mean EVERY TIME I go thru the drive thru they get my order wrong. Also the young male manager needs costumer service training. It's just a poor excuse of a restaurant

Best restaurant ever it's too bad that they don't have the shamrock shake anymore that's one of the best milkshakes ever in March which really starts in February it's the best milkshake perfect for St Patrick's Day and it's too bad this location does not have it The last few times we've been to like the Kingsport McDonald's and gray Tennessee McDonald's they had the shamrock shake but this Church hill location does not which is very sad but I'm okay
You got it.
The McDonald's app makes this place a much more frequent stop for us. With a family of 6 the deals and rewards aren't just perks they are life savers sometimes.
When you order a sausage biscuit and a steak bagel and use a 3$ breakfast sandwich coupon you would assume that it would be applied to the bagel. Since it’s over 5$ and the sausage biscuit is 2$. But nope they ADDED money to the sausage biscuit! So I just paid 3$ for a sausage biscuit and the poor excuse for a manager won’t take the time to listen instead he talks over you. I will not be returning to this location for personal visits.
Unfortunately, they always forget something. Today it was hadhbrowns. Last week was an egg Mc muffin. I'm starting to think if you order only 1 time at a time and pay for each individual item you might get you complete order.
