We had 11 people. Heavy set, dark haired girl worked window, was rude & was very annoyed we were there. Took entirely too long to make 1. Very disappointed in the quality of my item. Slushy was runny when I got it. I had money for a tip but after worker was so rude didn’t leave it. Try acting like you enjoy your job & like people .

Best sno cones/ slushes around, I got 1 a couple nights ago and had to literally stand in line to wait for probably 15 minutes 4 a famous oceans. End snow cone which they have a million different flavors as well..

Absolutely love it!The staff is down home friendly, The place is cute with plenty of seating outside on picnic tables and they even have a package of wet wipes on each table.There are so many menu items such as a watermelon bowl full of delicious goodies and so is their pineapple bowl.We had the strawberry cheesecake and it was so good.

Best place around. Well worth what they cost. But also decently priced compared to other places.
We use to love coming here. It was good snowcones and for a good price. But when my child gets upset because a women runs to the window and says "please don't put your feet on the bench people sit there" yes, but it was an outside plastic bench with no sign. And it's not like she was putting here feet where people ate. The tone and look on her face was extremely rude, when it was said. She was jumping on it or standing anything to have it said to her in that tone, simply sitting there with one knee to her chest like she always dose. ALSO I was standing right at the window. She overlooked me to yell at her. She should have told me to get my child to not do it. Not basically yell at a kid who is 13 and embarrass easy. After she went to the car and the women came to the window I told her we wouldn't be back and she was VERY sarcastic. I told her to put a sign out if it was that big of a deal. There was NO need for her to look past me ( an adult) to be short with a child.
Also just because you say "please" doesn't mean you're being nice. If she had asked nicely I wouldn't have been so appalled by it all. I would have told her myself. But to say it in such a mean way. We won't be back. There's 30 others around here with the same flavors my kids get and just as cheap if not cheaper. Have the day you deserve.

The watermelon bowl is good but I'll buy a watermelon snow cone some where else and make it at home. There is a very rude lady that works there, she was very rude to my grand daughter and I will not recommend them to anyone.
