When we picked up our order and checked the pizza before we left the parking lot. Half of the pizza was missing cheese and toppings. Frankly the pizza looked disgusting. Went back inside to get a refund and was told we could keep that pizza and they would remake another. We informed the man at the register that we didn’t want that one. Checked the new pizza and noticed it was the same pizza with some cheese and toppings added. We didn’t want it the first time, adding toppings isn’t going to make it look appealing. This is the worst Pizza Plus. We will never go back to this location.

Ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas today at 4:30. One with hamburger, onions,& green bell pepper. One with pepperoni and pineapple. Plus 4 cups of pizza sauce and 2 cups of ranch dressing. My total was $35.11. I left a $2 dollar tip. I picked the pizzas up. They were both doughy not crisp , not thin crust, don’t think they cooked long enough the vegetables were still crunchy. We have never gotten bad pizzas from here in all of the years that we have been a customer.

Called in an order for a large pizza and two salads. Was told it would be about 25 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. They rang me up for everything and I paid. When I asked for the containers to make my salad he said he forgot that they didn't have lettuce. He got a manager to refund the salads. Then he told me that they haven't even started making my pizza and it would be at least another 15 minutes.

Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Ordered an overpriced $10 salad for them to not follow any instructions and only put lettuce and chicken. Like where’s the rest of the toppings???

Please save your money and go somewhere else, this place is TRASH. On 11/14/24 I ordered two pizzas, one of them pan pepperoni and one thin crust with just extra cheese. My husband picked the food up and when he got home we discovered there was pepperoni all over the thin crust which was supposed to just be cheese. I can’t eat pepperoni and I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to pick all of those pepperonis off. When I called to speak to them about it, they demanded that we come back up there right now to get it replaced, otherwise all they were willing to do is give me partial credit on my account. Excuse me??? I should have been given a credit for the entire pizza since that’s what you screwed up!!! Not everyone is able to just come back up there so you can fix your incompetent mistakes. This is the WORST Pizza Plus in this area, avoid at all costs. They have a bunch of incompetent clowns working there and they do not care if you get what you ordered!!!

We picked up pizza tonight with our dog with us, then we thought about wings and swung through the drive thru window to make an order! The girl there was SO kind and very helpful! Then we had a little bit of a wait for the wings, she came out check on us and apologized for the wait! She was amazing! Her name is Kendall and i want you all to know you’ve got a great employee/manager at this pizza plus!!
We came in Friday August 9 2024 from the time we came in Kaden and Connor were so polite and welcoming.... My 4 year old son who is autistic kept trying to play the games in the back and unfortunately we didn't win anything ( it happens ?) these boys came out and won a prize for our baby who LOVES stuffed animals they were more than accommodating their hospitality and kindness especially to our son was so overwhelming ... Thank you so much for such a great staff and especially to these 2 young men and of course the food was awesome great salad bar and pizza

I don't recommend going to this Pizza Plus in Church Hill!! I went in for lunch with an associate and paid for our buffet and asked for a pizza supreme with extra mushrooms and no green peppers. Stephanie told me we make a deluxe. I said okay. I would like it with extra mushrooms and no green peppers. Again. She says we make a deluxe. I it's the third time and got the same response. Then she said all we do is make it to luxe people so that everybody can eat it! Well where are the only two people in there and there were about three more that came in. After we tried to order something to eat. We were stuck eating whatever they made and that was it. One curled up sausage pizza, two pepperoni pizzas and finally brought out a deluxe. With no extra mushrooms and not without green peppers. The French dressing on the bar was as thin as water and very vinegary. There was no lettuce and everything else that was there was marginal and when they come out she didn't even want to refill it. She said because it just wasn't worth it! I've eaten at the one in Sylvan gardens and it is superb. That's where we try to go back to. The one in Bloomingdale. The one in owensville is really good and that's the one I should have went to instead of the one in Churchill. I will never make that mistake again!

I don't recommend this pizza plus to anyone, Everytime ordering there something gets messed up and then they don't won't to fix it. As today order a pizza planely stating no olives, get our pizza and it's covered in extra olives! Asked for it to be fixed and no they wouldn't fix. This place needs improvement in all areas.
