First time ever eating here. Waitress was friendly and competent. Fresh appearing salad bar. Very disappointed to see men in street clothes going in and out of the food prep area and making food. Trash can at the end of the salad bar was nasty. Should not have been anywhere in the building. Food was tasty but both myself and another person had massive diarrhea after eating. I apologized for asking to eat there.

When we picked up our order and checked the pizza before we left the parking lot. Half of the pizza was missing cheese and toppings. Frankly the pizza looked disgusting. Went back inside to get a refund and was told we could keep that pizza and they would remake another. We informed the man at the register that we didn’t want that one. Checked the new pizza and noticed it was the same pizza with some cheese and toppings added. We didn’t want it the first time, adding toppings isn’t going to make it look appealing. This is the worst Pizza Plus. We will never go back to this location.

Ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas today at 4:30. One with hamburger, onions,& green bell pepper. One with pepperoni and pineapple. Plus 4 cups of pizza sauce and 2 cups of ranch dressing. My total was $35.11. I left a $2 dollar tip. I picked the pizzas up. They were both doughy not crisp , not thin crust, don’t think they cooked long enough the vegetables were still crunchy. We have never gotten bad pizzas from here in all of the years that we have been a customer.

Called in an order for a large pizza and two salads. Was told it would be about 25 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. They rang me up for everything and I paid. When I asked for the containers to make my salad he said he forgot that they didn't have lettuce. He got a manager to refund the salads. Then he told me that they haven't even started making my pizza and it would be at least another 15 minutes.
Horrible service, horrible pizza. Crust was not done. Everyone there needs an attitude adjustment

Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Ordered an overpriced $10 salad for them to not follow any instructions and only put lettuce and chicken. Like where’s the rest of the toppings???

Please save your money and go somewhere else, this place is TRASH. On 11/14/24 I ordered two pizzas, one of them pan pepperoni and one thin crust with just extra cheese. My husband picked the food up and when he got home we discovered there was pepperoni all over the thin crust which was supposed to just be cheese. I can’t eat pepperoni and I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to pick all of those pepperonis off. When I called to speak to them about it, they demanded that we come back up there right now to get it replaced, otherwise all they were willing to do is give me partial credit on my account. Excuse me??? I should have been given a credit for the entire pizza since that’s what you screwed up!!! Not everyone is able to just come back up there so you can fix your incompetent mistakes. This is the WORST Pizza Plus in this area, avoid at all costs. They have a bunch of incompetent clowns working there and they do not care if you get what you ordered!!!

We picked up pizza tonight with our dog with us, then we thought about wings and swung through the drive thru window to make an order! The girl there was SO kind and very helpful! Then we had a little bit of a wait for the wings, she came out check on us and apologized for the wait! She was amazing! Her name is Kendall and i want you all to know you’ve got a great employee/manager at this pizza plus!!
