I thought it was pretty impressive that the limited staff was able to serve the large amount of customers that came through. Had to wait a little bit for the food, but I would rather wait and get good food than to have anything rushed. All in all everything was great, would recommend.

I had the cheese omelet with a side of bacon and sausage. The food was good, and the sausage was a little overdone for my taste . It was good for the price. Our server was awesome! She was super attentive and friendly.
I called Randalls because I live in a different area to make sure they are open so I drove an hour and a half to go there because the food is good. When I got there, they told me they were closed due to short staff with over 60 people eating the lady at cashier was rude, I will never come back to Randall’s diner again!

My husband and I eat at Randall’s on occasion. We are there tonight, 1/30/24. My husband ordered the fried chicken, and I ordered the hamburger steak. The chicken on my husband’s plate looked like a frozen chicken patty.Our service was pitiful. It took around 15 minutes for us to get drinks after being seated. Our waitress, Renee, didn’t check on us at all. She only brought our food. Another waitress refilled our drinks. Renee was more attentive to the round table in the back. We won’t be back for awhile.
