On 04/19/25 at 21:30pm, I was at Embers Tavern & Grille, located at 2513 Hospitality Dr, Columbia, TN 38401. The staff was extremely rude. I tried to get their attention, but they disregarded my presents. Statistically this is normal every time I attempt to
order food. I have been coming to embers for 3 years and never said anything about this continuing disrespect until the above date. I had to speak up. Every time I attempt to go to the bar, check-out counter, or any seated area, they disregard my present.
I spoke to a young lady about the issue, and she didn’t take it seriously. When I asked to speak to the manager, the young lady lied and told me she was gone to try to hinder me from talking to her about the issue. She was wrong. I’m almost 60 years old. I
know when a manager is present or not. I told her I was aware she was still present. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, she backed her staff and made me a scapegoat! According to the law, it's illegal for a business to refuse
to accommodate the public. The employees are racist! They only accommodate Caucasians and disregard people of color. I will not be going back to embers ever again. A service shouldn’t ever have a color or personal preference. According to that mindless manager, her staff and her get a pass indefinitely. She made it very clear that it's her job to back her staff and they can't accommodate me because they are too busy!

Best restaurant in middle Tennessee. We moved up here a lot 2 years ago from Knoxville and hated the restaurant choices in the area until this place came along. One of the best restaurants I've ever ate at. They give you a large serving no matter what you order. Very nice, clean, beautiful place.

The food was overpriced and it wasn’t even good. I’ve had better food from andies pack and sack. I paid $30 for 2 corn dog kid meals and a chicken sandwich . Way overpriced and overrated

First time here, and we're definitely returning! Jimmy had the ultimate double bacon cheeseburger, and I had the fried chicken sandwich. Absolutely wonderful. Tammy, our server, is super attentive.

A great stop for burgers, fries, and a cherry coke! Also zucchini fries, fried pie, and gelato (that one intermittently available) were delightful. Some local folks we met on the trail at BSF recommended this place. The best meal to capstone a few beautiful days out in nature.

WOW!!! This place is amazing. Me and the gals were on a road trip in the middle of no where Tennessee and started to feel the need for some grub. Not seeing any place to eat for what seemed like miles, we were happy to stumble upon Ember Grill and give it a shot because we were starving. The good news is, we discovered the jackpot of mom and pop diners. I kid you not, the food was so delicious that we were trying to figure out when we could possibly come back again. We might just have to drive a few hours out of the way just so we can enjoy the yummys again. The food was THAT GOOD!!! Top five burger of all time, (and I eat out and travel a lot.) My bestie got the wrap and raved about it as well. Love this place and hope to make it back again someday!
