I don’t know who made my matcha latte on ice with oatmilk 1/2 sweet with 1 pump of caramel but they need a raise! This stuff is like crack on ice and im addicted from the first sip. Thank you!

However today kinda pissed me off and I don’t think I’ll be a customer of 7Brew anymore out of sheer principle.
They had their promo going on today “buy 2 med or 2 lrg drinks and get a free bag” I do their promos all the time because I love them but our barista rang up our order wrong today. We ordered two large drinks but they rang us up for 1 medium and 1 large and therefore we didn’t qualify for the bag.
When we said something they essentially told us they couldn’t do anything and if we wanted a bag we’d have to order and pay all over again.
I’m sorry but…. 1. We ordered 2 larges 2. The barista rang it up wrong 3. I asked if they had bags as we were ordering and if I somehow said the wrong size why wasn’t she telling me I had to order two of the same size drinks if I wanted that bag? It’s not like I ordered a small? 4. We offered to pay the difference for upgrading the medium to a large and they still said no….
So out of sheer principle I will be returning to Dutch Brothers across the street and will not be giving 7Brew another dime. It was nice while it lasted but that’s just straight up not cool.

It’s a cup of hot milk . The medium is even more hot milk because it still gets the same amount of shots as the small. They are fast and efficient, but I desire a good cup of coffee not sugar and milk.

1st time here. I pulled up to the windows ordered a medium hot black cup of coffee. The young lady looked me in the eyes and ask what kind of syrups or additives I wanted in my coffee.
