want to give a huge shout-out to Cydnae, the manager at the Applebee’s on Wilma Rudolph. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and real attentiveness — something you don’t often see anymore.

Cydnae made sure our experience was smooth, enjoyable, and welcoming. The entire team was great, but her leadership really stood out. Thank you for the amazing service — the company is lucky to have her!

Ate here last night for veterans day and got food poisoning

Absolutely amazing food…had the classic appetizer and the won ton tacos….explosion in your mouth and the entrees so amazing…I’m impressed…and Tiffany our server made the entire experience top notch….we will definitely be back… my new favorite place to eat

This Applebees chooses when to accept reservations. If you set an important day, don’t count on it being honored. Find somewhere that actually respects your time.

Well we order like in 7 minutes and it took a long to take our order and yes I understand there was one waiter but there were 4 people literally doing nothing but talking in the bar. Unbelievable, Poor lady that had 4 or 5 tables by herself. The people were only helping give out the food. Then we order our food and we clearly wanted two orders of chicken Alfredo but she thought I was gonna share with my mother but me and my mom said two orders of chicken Alfredo and she nods at us. It took a very long time to get our order done and my mom didn’t even get to eat and she was starving. My mom ordered sweet tea and we ask her to change it and she was complaining the whole time about how she thought it was sweet and instead of giving her a new one, she put sugar inside the sweet tea. I don’t understand what was wrong with this. I would never be coming back. We were still hungry that we went back home and ate cereal because we were still hungry. Also when we got our food, they didn’t even give us our utensils and they expect us to eat with our hands or what?

This place is awful, terrible food and service. I ordered a sweet tea and they just took the glass and added sugar. When I drank it, it was just sugar at the bottom of the glass. Terrible service.
